Prøv deg som toskansk kokk på dette 4,5 timer lange kveldskurset i matlaging på en kokkeskole i Firenze. This was Lots of fun and well worth it. Chef was funny and instructive and we made four items appetizer, 2nd course pasta, 3rd course entree and dessert. Then we all sat down and enjoyed it with wine. And no dishes to clean up.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the cooking class! The chefs were awesome and very patient, and the people in our group were all great fun. I would recommend this class to anyone!

The guide showed at the right location and a few minutes early. A quick walk over abridge and to the Kitchen. Our chef was very handsome and very personable with a good sense of humor. We made all four courses. They improvised on some recipes to accommodate for guests with food allergies so we had a couple bonus dishes. I loved the atmosphere, learned a lot, enjoyed meeting the other guests and the food was incredible. I was shocked to know that was something I made it was so good. We ate together in the wine cellar and it was very nice and relaxing. Perfect for a marathon vacation like we were on....

We had a great time at this cooking class! Niccolo was just wonderful and we had fun making appetizers, ravioli, a chicken dish, and panna cotta. Our group was nice and it was fun to visit after working together to create the meal!

I don't think I have laughed so much as I did in this class. It was so fun and informative. The food was delicious and I can't wait to try it at home.

Florence - of course. Cooking class in Florence? Why not??? Just a fun time. You get to meet great people, learn how to cook certain recipes in which they give you the menu and recipes at the end to take with you, and enjoy them in the cellar with wine. Just a fun time!

Ill admit I can be a bit of a Negative Nancy. It doesnt deserve as low as 2 stars, but it doesnt deserve 3 either... more of a 2.5.

1 Very friendly/competent chef lead the class
2 small groups for individualized attention
3 great if you dont cook much and dont have a good fundamental base

1 The class nor dinner was in a palace.
2 You do not nessacarily get the food you prepared. You mightve gotten the groups next to you that over/under cooked something.
3 Extremly simple meals if you are already familiar with basic cooking fundamentals.
4 Small complaint, but our group had more than the 12 people that was supposedly the group maximum.
5 Not really sure where the rest of our food went?? My wife and I cooked the same amount as groups that had 3-5 people. When we got our food at the end, we didnt even see half of it. When we asked for more, there wasnt any left. Then out of no where, there was a little left...???

In summary, it was simple but good. Ingredients were fresh. There wasnt any touring of the city or markets.
