New York City, New York
We were told by the tour operators that the tour would be in a coach (one level). In the event, it was conducted in a double-decker. My wife is now unable to manage the stairs, so we were confined to sitting on the lower deck. The lower deck windows are completely covered in adverts, so you can see nothing from there, except through the finely perforated black screen on which the adverts are printed (the only clear window on the lower deck is the driver's window!). The guide's commentary (audio from earbuds) was perfectly good, but since we could see next to nothing, the trip was just a disaster. I think the company is cheating to charge for such a tour and not warn customers in advance. In fact, it says little for the integrity of the company to allow such a policy to continue.
