First, Igor was wonderful.
At the beginning of the tour, one of the Viator on-site managers announced that the Basilica would be closed. What a disappointment! The manager suggested we contact Viator for a refund and distributed a brochure with the needed information. I thought to myself, "I am in vacation mode and I hope I remember to this." There was no need! I received an email confirming the process and viola the money was returned to my Master Card. Now that is customer service. Thank you Viator. Can't wait for my next tour.
