An enjoyable few hours, I would certainly recommend a guide. Mansour was knowledgable, easy going and guided us around a busy and colourful market. Lots of smells, not good for clean freaks but that’s all part of it. Breakfast was nice, we tried traditional and popular Marsala Dosa which we really enjoyed. A fair bit of walking but not strenuous and really good to get into the thick of Indian life and to see all the work and activity that goes on every day. Endless vegetables, herbs, fruits, spices, nuts, and of course beautiful flowers. I must point out that the meeting point instructions were wrong, a few blocks off in a really average part of town - took a while to work out where to go with our guides help. All in all a total eye opener.
