Excursão de Cape Point e Pinguins da Praia de Boulders da Cidade do Cabo

I expected this to be a small group tour, but it actually was a group of around 60 people going to the Cape of Good Point and Boulders Beach. Tour guides did a good job of wrangling the group and making sure we stuck to schedule. I really enjoyed the guided hike down to the point with the group. If you plan to do the hike, and not ride the bus down, WEAR APPROPRIATE SHOES! There were several in the group in sandals, and it made me very nervous from a safety standpoint. The AC on the bus was very intermittent, seeming to turn on and off at random the whole time. I was very hot and uncomfortable on the hour+ ride home.

We were so glad that we took this trip, not only was it amazing to see all the penguins,Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope really close up, it was a great opportunity to see the countryside on the way there and back. We saw ostriches and baboons aswell and our hosts Robert and Lee Anne were knowledgeable and helpful. The walk between the Capes was challenging but worth the effort. It was a wonderful memorable day.

Great tour with the freedom to explore the different areas on your own, our tour guide was very knowledgable and provided lots of good information along the way. Sisi the tour assistant was great as well and always smiling. Thank you for a great day!

This tour covers a lot of ground in the time, which is great if your schedule is limited. You do need to be prepared to just go with the flow as you will be one of many on the bus. Seating was comfortable, and the team was clearly experienced at organising bus loads around the main attractions. The guide kept up a running commentary with lots of useful information along the way. It was very busy at both main stops. Watch out for the birds at Cape Point. If you're eating outside they will literally swoop down and snatch food from your fingers. I recommend eating indoors, or on the bus. The penguins were fabulous, it's worth competing with the crowds to see them.

Lots of fun! This appears to be just the local bureau tour, but that is normal with tour operators in Cape Town from what I saw, so just shop the least expensive. Met at the tour bus stand with my online ticket but instead of loading, I had to get a paper ticket from the tours shop at the stand. Rather dumb and inefficient. After standing in a ticket line, being sent to someone else who was familiar with online purchases and QR scanning and finally gaining my paper ticket, I was the last person to board. Despite the confusion, the tour is worthwhile because an official guide keeps a running dialogue of points of interest and historical references on the way out of town and along the way. The drive is scenic and you learn about the history or significance of local spots or villages.
At Cape Point, you are released on your own for a bit to see things, then meet up for the optional walking tour. Cant say anything about it, as I did it all backwards, so missed the led tour! Still cool, though and highly recommended.

My Trip to Cape Point and Boulder's Beach was fun and worth the money. The only downside was the older gentleman doing the commentary was very arrogant and rude. Just the sound of his voice made me ill at various points. However, Joy the attendant was a great Joy to be around. Thank you Joy!!!

Great tour, great experience and extremely good value

My partner and I wanted to go and see the penguins at Boulders beach and then go onto Cape Point but were not sure whether we should drive or go on a tour. we decided to go on a guided tour and I am so glad we did, not only was it one of the best tours we have been on but we learnt so much. Fred, our guide was so knowledgeable, I was surprised how much he knew.

I was a bit apprehensive at first as my partner decided to go on a large luxury liner without 1st consulting me!!!, but was pleasantly surprised as it felt more like a personal guided tour than a group of people on a bus.

We spent a good hour at the penguins they were so cute and you should really not miss them if you are ever in Cape Town. We then went onto Cape Point all while learning about the history of the area Thank you Fred!

While at Cape Point, Fred took us on a walking tour down to the Cape of Good Hope, it was so beautiful, I was a bit nervous about the Baboons though .
