Wonderful day and great tour with Solly, our guide. It's a really interesting and educational tour, Solly told us the history of South Africa with many details. Solly is a very kind person, nice and prepared.Really recommended

This was an excellent tour! My previous experience with Viator in the United States told me that I could count on them for providing professional services and as usual they did not disappoint. This is particularly important for me who is currently a female traveller. Solly my guide arrived promptly and was very professional. He narrated the history of Johannesburg as though he was reading from the pages of a history book. I learned so much from this tour. I highly recommend it!

This is a must do tour while in Johannesburg. Our guide, (Solly) was very well versed in the history of Johannesburg. He made sure he covered all of the highlights. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. Solly embodied the true spirit if customer service. I doubt anyone else could have made this tour any more memorable than he did. If I was able to rate this tour higher than 5 stars, I would definitely do so.

Our three week safari trip ended in Johannesburg. We had a free day before flying home in the evening. We felt that a visit to Johannesburg would not be complete without a tour of Soweto. I am so glad we joined this tour. Our tour guide Solly showed up on time with a clean car. On this particular day there were just two of us - my wife and myself. So it really felt like a private tour. We visited all the places as mentioned in the tour descriptions. Solly provided in depth information about the places we visited and answered all our questions. We had enough time for most of the places, including the Nelson Mandela House. And Solly seems to be a popular guy in the neighborhoods we visited! At the end of the tour, Solly gave us a ride to the airport. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Solly is an excellent guide and delivered as promised. Constitutional Hill, Top of Africa, Apartheid Museum, Mandela House and Hector Peterson memorial were stops. he also showed other places while driving around. The tour was great with enough time for each activity. One suggested improvement is to take visitors for a short stop at a reasonable/trusted sourvenier store.

One of the best tours I had in South Africa. Solly is very knowledgeable and had an unbiased perception on things. Was very well timed and we saw everything I wanted to see. Strongly recommended as a good introduction of the city

We had Solly as our personal tour guide for the day. Pick up was convenient from the Intercontinental at the airport as we had flown in from Cape Town and were only in Jburg for the day. Solly divulged a great level of historical information as he guided us around the city and then out to Soweto. The tour was well structured with an hour and half at lunchtime to see the Arpartheid museum and have a light lunch there to relax. A thoroughly enjoyable and most informative day and Solly was able to drop us back at the airport for our flight out that evening. Great value !
