Very bad experience, when we booked the tour we were under impression that it will be a private tour since we had a group of 12 adults. Once we were picked up turned it was a huge bus with something like 20-30 people no big deal. However out of the 30 people 2 were Spanish speakers and thus the tour was mostly in Spanish. The guide would speak for 5 minutes in Spanish and then say two words in English. Once we got to the city the guide ran and I mean ran through the city as fast as she could not allowing any time for pictures. We ended up saying goodbye to the guide at 12 and going through the city on our own. The show was not much better. We were told that we'll be able to order dinner at the show, however the waiters were skipping us and attending only to people who got the dinner and the show package. Very bad experience.

Toledo is a beautiful city. We definitely recommend doing the half day tour with the flamenco show rather than the full day Toledo tour. As it is, the half day tour was really informative. Flamenco is something you really cannot miss out on in Spain.
