This was a wonderful day trip! Our driver was super kind and courteous. And words don’t suffice how incredible our guide, Roger was. His passion and love for his city and his country is unmatched and infectious. So knowledgeable, attentive, and hilarious! It snowed as we traversed the city and Monmorency Falls. It was a good amount frozen but still flowed. It was a sublime thing to behold. My only complaint? It was over too soon! I almost didn’t want to leave back to Montreal! Definitely will return..

I went on this tour with two friends. From the start, the tour was handled very poorly. The bus was very late picking us up from our hotel in Montreal, which set the tour back hours. Once we finally arrived in Quebec City, it was after lunch and we were given no time to get a bite (even though we asked) before the actual tour guide began the tour through the City. We were told to be ready at our hotel at 7:25 a.m., didn't get to Quebec City until 12:30 p.m. and didn't get an opportunity to eat until 3:00 p.m. Also, be cause the tour was so late getting started in Montreal, we were only allowed an hour and a half to actually walk through Quebec City to shop, which was not what the tour package described, at all. It was extremely disappointing and requested a refund for the tour! We will give this company one more shot, as it had good reviews. Not sure what happened with the tour we were on, but it was a complete disaster and didn't afford us an opportunity to see Quebec City, which is why we did it!! So ………………. not satisfied, at all!

Well organised day trip, lovely bus driver and tour guide. Both very knowledgable and good sense of humour which was great. Clear information about time expectations and a great day. Loved Quebec - they do Christmas very well!!

Great one day trip from Montreal! Very enjoyable and organized. I was picked up at my hotel front door and greeted warmly by a veteran shuttle driver, who wasted no time getting everyone. It was a beautiful day and many people were going. After checking in at the main office our bus left proptly on time with an experienced driver. There was a full bus and the driver made everyone comfortable speaking in English and French with ease. In Quebec City, Our group promptly met our local guide. Again, another experienced guide with over 20 years giving tours. He spoke very good English/ French about cultural knowledge of the area. He was on point and humorous as well. We took a short trip to the falls and returned to the city for 3 hours a free time. Quebec City is wonderful during the holidays with many outdoor German style Christmas markets and much to see. After a full day, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves very much. This is probably the most affordable way to get to Quebec City from Montreal considering it takes 3 hours one way. I would do this again.

The price for the trip is to high as only sightseeing tour is included. The visit of the Montmorency Falls should include more than just a short view from the road.

We had Quebec City and Montmorency Falls day trip from Montreal on 21st October 2018 and it was an amazing experience with our Driver cum guide - Adrian. He made us feel comfortable and enjoyable through out the day trip to Quebec city. From Quebec city 'Mr. Rock' our local tour guide had wonderful experience and knowledge about Quebec city and it was quiet pleasant moving with him. On the whole except the cold climate the entire tour was memorable and fascinating. I will surely recommend this tour to all.

Wonderful day spent with an awesome bus driver (Ishamel) sp. and tour guide Rock. Ishamel played a funny video of Pranks and people on the bus were hysterically laughing....There was a quick 15 min bathroom and coffee break each way which was nice since the trip was a couple of hours each way. Check in was smooth, bus was comfortable and on time...Rock was a wealth of information as we left Montreal and even more so in Quebec City. I would skip the Falls as there is not enough time there to do anything but snap a picture...and it's not a serene waterfall. I would have preferred that extra 30 mins in Quebec. Highly suggest this trip for Adults and older teens as there is not much for younger kids to get excited about. Again, Viator does not disappoint.Note: I noticed that many on the bus did not provide a gratuity to the Tour Guide or Driver. Keep in mind these people work hard for our comfort and safety and just like wait staff in a restaurant....depend on that gratuity .....

Lovely city, very clean. The section of old town has been restored beautifully and is in keeping with the origins. Knowledgable local guide. Very touristy but some unique shops to found. P.S Don’t be late for the bus or you’ll be left behind, nearly happened to 2 x ladies on our trip who would of spent the day at the petrol station.

The tour itself was wonderful, the bus driver and the tour guide in Quebec were wonderful. We almost missed the tour because we were given horrible directions for pick up.
