Outstanding tour. Line was long, but well organized and the wait wasn't long. Boat had snacks for purchase and bathrooms. Very nice tour!

I took my 4 kids and myself on the tour of the Statue of Liberty. Once we arrived, we were directed to will call because I had purchased our tickets online a few days before. Smart move on my part, as the line to get tickets was about an 1 1/2 hours long. Was at the window at will call, gave my confirmation number and was informed that 2 of my adult tickets had been picked up earlier that day. Confused as to how in the world someone else had my confirmation number, was told to step aside and call the number on my email. Called the number and only got a recording. No option to speak to a representative. After 30-45 minutes of trying to get through to different companies to get a new confirmation code, to no avail. I went back up to Will Call window, defeated, upset and frustrated because we were from Florida. and made a special trip into the city for this tour. Thankfully, Stephanie behind the window was a sweetheart was able to get a different number for me and offered to talk to anyone on the other end to get my family on this tour. All in all, the tour itself was stunning, but we were unable to see Ellis Island, because after the time and stress of trying to contact someone for our purchased tickets, we had to head back to Long Island.

Had to wait in the security line a bit longer than we expected. 1 1/2 hrs . But it was worth the wait. This time of year it’s really cold too, so wrap up warm.
It’s an awesome sight to see the statue from the island. You can wonder around at your leisure.

Beware! Viator was happy to take our money, but then sent us only 2 of 3 of our statue of liberty tickets. We had to argue with the ticket window and the Castle Clinton, but then were forced to buy new tickets.

Instructions on Viators package of information said to meet guide out in front of the bookstore. Two ferries arrived and left as we waited and we ended up not even having enough time to see Ellis Island by the time we gave up waiting. We had sent several urgent messages before the day of our tour with NO RESPONSE. Complaining after the tour was also met with absolutely NO RESPONSE. They were happy to keep our money though.

Awesome tour! Highly recommended! Our tour guide Brandon was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining!
