We were surprised to find out that we were the only 2 on this tour, although it just worked out that way. Our guide was actually the owner of the tour company and was American so of course there was no language barrier. We started in Old Town and made our way to New Town. Our guide touched on religious issues Counter-Reformation and a lot about the history of the Czech people and why the city grew the way that it did.
We focused a bit more than my wife and I would have liked on 20th century buildings. As a matter of fact, we went into only one building that was not a 20th century building. We would have appreciated more of the more distant history of the city. Our guide was pretty free with her opinions on American politic. This was fine with me, but some might find this a bit much.
All in all though, I would recommend this tour as it is very informative and personal.
