the service is very good. We have private entrance into the site, free beverage, dinner and a very small group. But if you are looking for a tour which can give you professional and in depth interpretation of the site in English, it may not be the best choice.
I have been to Chichen Itza three times now and this tour is hands down the best way to see it. The value is great, the guides are the most knowledgeable and just everything was perfect. The Mercedes Passenger Vans are so much more comfortable than the buses and walking around was much better as you could easily hear the guide and did not get lost in the crowd. I can not recommend this tour enough!!
Great tour! Highly recommend! Delio was a great guide and tour was 100 in line as was promised. Chichen Itza temples were great, especially during the night show. Tapas tasty and plenty of Margaritas in nice resort.
I can not recommend this tour enough! This tour has truly a fantastic treat, it turned me into a Viator loyalist! You get picked up in a Mercedes and it is just you and whoever you are going with. It was a completely private tour. Our guide was just fantastic and full of history.
It was just us and one other couple (4 people total). The tour was great and the tour guide fantastic taking us around to each major structure and have us a little history on each one. He was also great at answering all of our questions. The light show was cancelled about 5 minutes into it though...
(Small group 6 max great)
Rosando and Carlos were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable( awesome)
No lineups( great)
the park closed within 1.5 hrs of getting there (rushed tour)
Planetarium ( movie very informative)
Light show ( good but missing dancers sad)
This tour was a total waste of money .when we started out we went into rain . The nice part is it's a small group. So now the guide tells us ....if it's raining they may cancel this!! First time we had heard this . After numerous questions regarding the cancellation of the show, he admitted they cancel the night show more than 50% of the time!! So when you leave at 12:30 for the tour, you don't get there until 3:30. They close at 5:00. So you are basically walking very fast through this site. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the ruins . You need to eat lunch before you go because you don't get the tapas/ margaritas until about 5:30 or 6. The planetarium was really good so that was a definite plus. So now you are waiting for the light show to begin and you go to the hospitality room. It's a place where
Pavorriti stayed . An empty room with a bar and a couch . It's cooler sitting outside as it's just an empty room. Now the guide comes up and says, the show is cancelled not raining and saw a beautiful sunset on way home . You get your box lunch on way home. When we were talking to another tour guide he said that they should have refunded our money since the show was cancelled! I wouldn't waste your money on this tour. There are so many tours to see Chechen Itza, I would pick a different one other than this one
