What can I say except from amazing! This was the best class with no more than 6 people. Raphaella, our chef, was wonderful and so helpful, teaching us how to make home made fettuccine and ravioli dishes. She even gave us a list of recommended places to eat in her opinion which is such a gem when in Rome! My boyfriend and I loved it and will be making lots more pasta at home x
literally this was an amazing experience. Both of the chefs are just splendid. They explain about how to make pasta in "normal" language, makes this very easy to understand. I definitely refer this attraction when you visit Rome.
We wanted to do the class but were unsure. We’re so glad we did!! We had a great time. The group we were with was diverse, newlyweds, college friends, just out of college friends and a family with adult children. The Chefs watched over everyone and wouldn’t let us fail, the pasta fantastic and the sauces we made were tasty. We had a great time eating our creations!
This was an amazing experience and I will always remember it. Frederica and Roberto were the BEST and the food was amazing. They gave us a bunch of recommendations and were so friendly! Please, please, if you are in Rome, please book this, you won't regret it!
This was incredible! Chefs Stefano and Manuela were AWESOME! This was really a highlight of our time in Italy. The price is well worth it- we learned how to make linguine and ravioli while drinking prosecco and munching on cheese and breads. Everything was step-by-step and the chefs were very personable and patient for those of us who needed some extra special attention aka- help on rolling out our dough.
The group was small- 12 people total- and we all became instant friends. After cooking, we got to enjoy our hard work by eating it all on a rooftop at a family style farm table. It was beautiful. This is great for couples or family and friends. The actual cooking is on the rooftop of an apartment complex and it was just overall an awesome experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this!
To welcome us there were appetizers and proseco! The 2 Chef's were great - one taught us how to make pasta from scratch and the other how to make the sauces. We actually got to eat what we made! The weather was perfect and we got to eat on the roof-top garden with mini-lights. They served Red and White Wine with Dinner and then Lemoncello with Dessert! A great evening.
Giulia and Stefano are amazing instructors! After gathering at our meeting point, we walked over to a nearby apartment where the cooking facility is clean, organized and beautiful on a gorgeous rooftop terrace. We were three of us, but there were 10 more people in the group...and we all got along marvelously. The individualized pasta making was awesome. Giulia and Stefano are so knowledgeable yet so fun! Only if they could make our meals each night!! This was a highlight event of our entire Italy trip! Our son wants to make more pasta tonight! THANK YOU!
This experience is a wonderful mixture of education, entertainment, and eating. Aside from learning about pasta making: proper ingredients and technique, you get to enjoy making and eating your own food. An additional bonus is meeting fellow travelers and sharing the time with them. Don't miss this eperience!
