Our tour/bus driver was very nice and knowledgeable. We got on the bus at Union Station, drove 20-30 minutes to Cherry Creek Mall where we walked quite a bit to show proof of tickets to a man inside the mall. Some had to pay for them, and a credit card was repeated out loud via a phone call. Why doesn't the tour guide have a square and cell phone to take care of this at pick up? There was too much driving around and around. We saw the same streets multiple times. There were a couple stops with too much time given to walk around. I would find a better more well-run tour.
Tour was boring, did not make very many stops, sites that we thought should have been included, more interaction with the customers by the tour director, and we were taken to the state capitol building on a day when it was closed. tour director should have offered an alternative site that was open that we could have visited instead. Tour of the brown Hotel and Spa was a highlight but it should have been a more inclusive and exciting trip for the price we paid. Also the only night of us on the tour and they're should have been a smaller vehicle transporting everyone instead of a big huge for bus with dark windows that you couldn't see much out of.
Definitely worth the money. All the sights we stopped at were one's I wanted to visit. In fact, they don't do a good enough job of advertising that ahead of time. If they did, I think more people would sign up. Guide was good as well. Only hiccup was they did not drop one party off at the correct place so they had to walk back with baggage! Not cool!
