Highly recommended as takes the stress out of leaving especially with a family group of 7. The driver arrived well isn't time to our hotel reception and the car ride was smooth and safe. The car 8 seater was clean, large enough for all of us and our 7 pieces of check in luggage.

1 I had a group of 19 and I emailed the group department on multiple occasions over a 6 month period of time and never got a response so I did 3 separate reservations online to accommodate group, which was a pain. We planned to book the Plitvice Lake tour from Zagreb for the same 19, but since group department never contacted us we chose to go with another company for that trip. A lot of to lose from not returning an email. For the record I placed several calls to 800 number and was told groups must go through website, so your loss.
2 Two of three vans showed up on time, the third was late to arrive. When we ask the driver in lead van to contact Viator about third van location he was rude and refused to call the local Viator office claiming he did not know who to call and could not help us.
3 The guys in third van upon arrival apologized and was very nice. I rode with group in first van and the driver had an attitude, so he did not receive his full tip.
Just FYI I tried to book a group tour in Lima last yearand same story as above, no one contacted me by phone or email from your group department. Very disappointing.
I made the reservation for transfer 2 days before my flight out of Dubrovnik, not knowing how or when they would contact me to tell me what time the driver would be there to pick me up for my VERY early flight. The next day, I got a message at the front desk with the time. It was very prompt and I felt secure in knowing they would be there. The driver was on time the next morning, but I felt it would have been better if he would have spoken "some" English to confirm the ride was for me. He pointed at some paperwork, but it took me awhile to find my name and confirm it was MY transfer. Plus, it was a little quiet on the 30 minute drive to the airport with the language barrier. The car was a beautiful, comfortable, clean, nice-smelling Audi that was nice to ride in. One thing though, the "rules" of the Viator information said to have a print of the voucher for the ride, but the driver had NO idea what I was trying to say or do when I tried to present it to him (probably because he didn't read any English?) and having gone through a bit of work to find a printer and have the voucher printed, it would have been better if the driver knew what to do with it.
