This is a must do! Emilio really made this day enjoyable! He was so insightful and had a true passion for his city. It is interesting to discover the little secrets the city has to offer. Emilio will show and tell you things you would never find on your own!
Excellent in every way. Value for money without a doubt. Bianca has an amazing knowledge of her home city of Milan. She managed to transfer her enthusiasm and interest in the city to her audience. She went way beyond what we had expected. She was by far the best guide of all the walking tours we had taken, both in Milan and Venice.
I was lucky enough that I was the only bookee that afternoon so I basically had a private tour. my tourguide was Bianca I think? and she was fantastic. answered all my questions, helped me locate some places to see. I only had a few hours in Milan and this was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend if you want to get a good overview of the main sights.
We booked this tour in advance to ensure that we wouldn't miss seeing and hearing about the highlights of Milan's historical and cultural past during our brief stay in the city. We were very glad we did. Bianca was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, providing a wonderfully in-depth review of the Milan's history as we toured the central city. She devoted particular attention to the art and architectural styles reflected in the current cityscape. The tour started at the Sporza Castle and culminated with visits to La Scala, the Galleria and the Duomo, but we saw so many less famous sites in between. As expected, this tour does not include tours inside most of the museums and other notable buildings, but Bianca provided information that would help tourers decide where to plan follow-up visits. There was a lot of walking involved, so we were glad we had dressed comfortably including wearing our best walking shoes. We arrived in Milan after an overnight trans Atlantic flight, joining Bianca for our tour almost immediately after checking into our hotel. Her friendly and engaging style and the information-packed sightseeing walking tour she provided were the perfect antidotes for jet lag.
We had a great introduction to Milan with Maria.... A great tour, 2 hours was the perfect amount of time for us and our two kids 10 and 12... A great mix of history and culture. She even managed to point out the best ice-cream place which the kids were very grateful for :
Would highly recommend :
Milan is big and bustling, so I definitely recommend a guided tour. Our guide, Maria, was tremendous, and her knowledge and insights made the tour a great experience. Her English was great and she was a great guide. After the tour we decided we will have to come back as there is so much more to Milan to see. We recommend the tour and Maria completely!
We had a great tour of the city with its vast history and many sightseeing opportunities. Maria was a great tour host, was very knowledgeable and has a passion for the arts and history of the city. She gave many great tips and hints on how to explore the city and were the best restaurants and ice cream shops were located. :
