Tour of New Orleans by bus was very complete and interesting. Guide was knowledgeable, Natchez Harbor tour was crowded and the weather was cold and windy making that portion of the trip unpleasant.

Not what I expected at all. Tour guide on the bus was not energetic or welcome questions. Felt as if everything was right out of a pamphlet. Stops were too short and didn’t allow time for picture taking. Expected bus tour to have a jazzy feel and less of a charter bus feel, colors were bland. Definitely disappointed in tour especially with the cost of attraction.
Great experience!

The New Orleans Super Saver tour was great. It was very informative and history buffs will learn a lot about the city. The cruise wasn’t what we expected. We went out for about an hour, and returned. Most of what we saw was other ships, barges, tankers, and tugs. Mary, our tour guide, was great, but because she had laryngitis, it was difficult to understand much of what she said.

The bus part of the tour was somewhat bland. The tour guide was good (Ryan) but there is only so much you can do with this route. Also, for the graveyard stop - that was too long and the Beignet stop was too short. It would help if the guide announced the stops at the beginning of the tour and that we only had one bathroom stop and that we needed to take advantage of that stop. We had a little girl that did not and her parents insisted they let them off because she had to go to the bathroom,. even though we had just had a bathroom stop. So if the bathroom stop which was the beignet stop could be longer that would help. Also, make sure everyone is on same time,. We had stragglers that delayed us and I think they were from a different time zone and did not understand.
We had a great time seeing the city of New Orleans using the Grey Line

I am so glad we booked this air conditioned tour of the city. Our tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable. We saw a lot and found out a lot about New Orleans. The weather was especially hot and humid while we were there and having an a/c bus was great! We found out so many interesting things about the city and saw so much that we would not have had we not have taken this tour.

The city tour was a great way to get around New Orleans and get a good introduction / orientation to the city by bus for our time there. As we were there in mid-summer, it was hot, so the Steamboat cruise was a good way to get out of the sun, eat lunch and watch the world go by, while listening to the jazz band play 'It's a Wonderful World'!

The bus tour of New Orleans was just superb - great insights and the cemetery a must-do. The river boat was okay - but the banks are a little nondescript going downstream - still the jazz was great.
