Highly recommended! This experience is like a well-oiled machine - they make the day so easy and everything is seamless. All you need to do is sit back and have fun. What an adventure through the jungle! And the guides who are with you are helpful and funny and soooo friendly! I would highly recommend taking the time to do this!!
This is quite an expensive booking for the value. The Sky Rangers who take you on the zipline are professional and entertaining, definitely the highlight of the trip. They say there are 30 platforms, seemed far less to me. The van that transports you is really uncomfortable. I'm 5'2 and there wasn't enough leg room for me nor was there adequate AC. The lunch bland. I've been on other zipline adventures, this adventure left me wanting more. It's far too commercial and lacks the fun factor.
It was a wonderful time zipping through the trees and spotting some of the wildlife. Our 2 guides were English speakers
and very kind and helpful. The ziplining is very safe, and very fun/easy. It might be important to know that between
the ziplines, there is some hiking, sometimes some of it was uphill, and I have some health issues that made trekking
uphill harder on me. No one else in our group had a problem. Anyway, they patiently helped me along and I'm so
glad I got to experience this fun adventure! Another bucket list item checked off !!
Really great once the confusion was figured out. Viator didn't send any of my emails along to the company so they didn't know where to pick me up. Meaning that at my scheduled pick up no one came to get me. It took a while to get ahold of someone because the office at the Zipline Adventure wasn't open until well after the schedule pick up time. Once I got through and emailed them a screen shot of the multiple emails responding to all of the correspondence they were very accommodating and picked me up at the next pick up time 09:00 instead of 06:30. Zipline course itself is awesome!! Highly recommend, just give yourself enough flexibility when booking to sort out all the details.
Had a great time zip-ling! I am afraid of heights and I felt safe and secure the whole time. Learned about the rain forest from our guide, who was very charming and entertaining. We did not see any gibbons, but we did hear them and it did not take away from the experience. We also had an amazing lunch and a cute little place right across the street. After all that we visited a waterfall.
Being afraid of heights, I was certainly a little fearful going into this, but the experience was an absolute joy. From the moment I got on the shuttle that picked me up from my hotel, I knew I was in good hands. They showed a very professional video on the way to the location, and everything was very organized once we arrived. We got personally fitted with our gear, filled out some paperwork, and were then taken to the first zipline where we were greeted by our two guides. We had Christian and Jason and they were awesome. They spoke English very well and their terrific personalities made the adventure that much more fun. The provided lunch was also pretty amazing as the food was on point and we were serenaded with some traditional live music. This was my favorite thing I did in Thailand and I would definitely do it again and again.
