Ok, I could see that this tour had 5 stars from everyone, and maybe it is, they were just lucky not to be with the cocky CEO as their pilot. It's too much of a story to tell, but basically, considering how much of the traveling I do and how much I use Viator, I would тещ recommend this unless you know EXACTLY who is going to be taking you up in the air in a helicopter. I have done LOTS of helicopter rides around the world and this was the WORST one. The company is called Celebrity Helicopters, look them up, with a pretentious head of the company who first, thinks that he is SO COOL that this is really the highlight of the miserable 20 minutes ride. Then he can't stop bragging about his Instagram followers and how many followers his friends have. All this during the ride! Together with the disgusting and obscene RAP music. At the very least he could have asked ALL passengers if they would not mind. Now to the business I guess.... Basically, no business! My gratitude goes only to the amazing lady who was in charge of my pick up from Hollywood and back, and to the people with whom I spoke on the phone. They all confirmed that I would get the front seat because I am a professional photographer not an Instagram psycho and then, after I arrived, a second later because of the traffic not my fault or the driver's!, the CEO says 'oh she came first' so she sits with me because she likes ma photos! Huh? Incompetence, arrogance and stupidity at its worst. They just had phones with them, while I had my Canon camera and of course I got the worst ever photos of the Griffith observatory and many other places which are stated here, he didn't even go there. He was too busy with his phone and his stupid followers. This is the only Viator trip I have ever ordered that happened to be a disaster. Basically, be careful what you book. And also what you want to get...make sure that you are getting the right company. Not this. He doesn't even know that his employees think of him the same what I do.

This tour was amazing, we all agreed this was the best thing ever. The pilot was really good and amusing. We would definitely do this again.

We phoned before hand to arrange the time with the supplier and they couldn't understand English very well and put the phone down on me twice. We turned up at the agreed location and the helicopter and pilot were not there so we were sent to a different location. We waited half an hour for the pilot to turn up and then he couldn't find the keys for the helicopter! 20 minutes later we did actually go up in the helicopter but because of the incompetence it took the shine off the trip.

It was not at all what was promised or advertised. It was maybe 15 mins total and they didn't even fly close to the Hollywood sign for us, but they did for another group, even though we asked. It was like being in a speeding vehicle with no time to really see any Hollywood sites. The only great part was being in a helicopter for the first time.

Amazing, totally recommend the longer tour, it covered everything, so much fun. LA is so different from the air.

Leider war am buchugstag der Heli defeckt...bin aber stattdessn mit einer 2 sitzigen chesna flugzeug geflogen.Die Tour war sehr umfangreich als endschädigung des nicht fliegenns des helis,sind wir zusätzlich von Comtom Airport Richtung Süden Long Beach,an der Küste vorbei,am LA Hafen von da aus weiter Richtung LA Downtown,nach Hollywood,zurück Über Beverly Hills weiter Richtung Santa Monica, über die City nach Comtom zum Airport zurück.Die reine Flug zeit betrug locker über 50 min,somit hatte ich Glück im unglück...Super schicht...Danke an den Piloten,Super service.Auch die ab holung vom und zum Hotel Klappte ohne Probleme.

The experience was great, but having to confirm in advance was difficult, especially because I had problems with my mobile.
