Loved hearing the 'local knowledge' from our driver!! We spent 3 hours at Mt. Rushmore and used the audio cassette from the book store. My curiosity was more than satisfied and my patriotic spirit was renewed. Don't miss Hill City for lunch...It is so nice to see the Ma and Pa restaurants thriving!!! I don't enjoy souvenir shops but would go back to shop in the unique boutiques in Hill City. Would highly recommend our driver and the limo service that he provided. You can't go wrong with a third generation limo company. He also gave wonderful recommendations for eating in Rapid City. It was FIVE STAR services!!!!!
Jeremy was polite and professional, but didn't offer much information about sightseeing along the way. The only stop in Sturgis was the motorcycle museum. Limo was nice and well stocked, with the exception of a basic wine offering..
Jeremy was polite and professional, but did not offer much information on sightseeing during the drive. Limo was nice, well stocked, with the exception of a wine offering. Did not make the stop mentioned at the time of booking that was to occur after the Lighting Tour due to the one couple's preference. We felt obligated to go along with their request.
Comfortable the car, kind and expert the driver/guide.
And he was also very nice ... we had a lot of laughs together.
See you soon Geremy .... and thanks!!!!
And say hello and thanks to you wife!!!!!!!

What a great way to see Mount Rushmore! No worries about parking, great history commentary and the luxury of a limo. Our guide was super friendly and thoughtful. He brought an extra large umbrella as there was a possibility of rain.
Our evening was perfect. Jeremy was courteous, and very helpful. He entertained us while transporting us with facts regarding Mt, Rushmore. He provided us with refreshments if we wished to take advantage of them. We definitely would do this again!
This was a GREAT tour. Exactly what we hoped for. Jeremy was fabulous, helpful, and adaptable -- All the things one would want in a tour operator. As it turned out, we were the only group in the limo for the day, so literally, everything worked on our schedule. Jeremy gave us options at each possible step along the way. And, at Mt. Rushmore, his parking spot alone may be worth the price of the tour for many people. All in all, I would highly recommend this tour, and Jeremy.
We found the Black Hills Monument tour via Groupon and we scheduled it quickly. The day before our scheduled trip I received a call from our driver/tour guide, Jeremy. He told me that the weather in the area was a going to be a bit rough and that visibility in the area was going to be dramatically reduced. I asked him about rescheduling our tour and he quickly rescheduled us for Saturday 20May2017. We are so glad that he did because we had a great time relaxing in his limo and cruising around the Black Hills of South Dakota. He was extremely knowledgeable about the monuments and knew his history very well. We are a homeschool family who has recently studied this area and Jeremy's information was right in line with what we have learned and helped to reiterate and solidify the knowledge that our children had acquired. Jeremy was conversational but not to the point to where it was excessive. While others may not appreciate his informative demeanor we fully enjoyed it. If you have children that you will be traveling with our family highly recommends this tour. The limo was stocked with beverages for all ages as well as snacks for the kiddos. Our children, 8-years-old and 6-years-old really enjoyed both the ride and the snacks. Jeremy is a family man and is used to having children in his vehicles. The fact that my inquisitive 6-year-old boy was enamored by everything he saw did not phase Jeremy. Jeremy told us that our kids could not possibly do anything that hasn't already been done by other kids in his limo. That really put my mind at ease as I tend to be a pretty strict father who doesn't allow my children to get too rambunctious. This was an awesome way for my wife and I to sit and enjoy the drive and leave the driving to someone else who knows the area very well. I was able to kick back and enjoy all of the scenery and the conversation with my lovely wife as well as watch our children enjoy something new and different.
Overall tour was interesting and inspiring. The limousine was very enjoyable, however we were disappointed by the service provided by the driver. Unlike the docent we were expecting, the driver told us very little about the sites we were seeing. If we asked a question, he politely answered but volunteered no further info without our asking. The driver of a stretch limousine, for which we paid a high price, should have been dressed appropriately. He was dressed in Bermuda shorts and a polo shirt. He told us that he will be driving Prince William, for which he will be wearing a tuxedo. Of course we weren't expecting a tuxedo, but a pair of slacks and a shirt with a collar should be sufficient. Further, I have a disability and walk with a cane. At no time did he offer any help getting in and out of the tight doorways. The guy was nice enough, but he can sure use some polish on his service skills.
My wife and decided to visit Mt. Rushmore and decided to use Presidential Limousines. It was the best decision of our trip and we had a great time the first day seeing Mt. Rushmore, a great lunch in Hill City and a great winery stop. We had complete flexibility and what we wanted to see and for how long. We actually had so much fun with Jeremy the owner and driver that we signed up for an additional tour to Crazy Horse and Devils Tower the next day. If you want to understand about customer service, this company has it locked down. The Limo was clean and stocked with drinks and snacks. We commented on how much we enjoyed the wine from our day 1 winery tour and the next day Sara had put a bottle of wine from the winery in the Limo for us. It was a great trip for us to knock a couple of items off of the Bucket List but the memories were enhanced by the experience with Jeremy. Thanks so much for a great time.

Our driver was fantastic...knew so much and shared bits of interesting information....let us stay at each place as long as we wanted, unlike bus tours that rush you in and out. Limo was clean and refreshments good. Well worth the extra instead of taking the bus tour...highly recommend it an will take these types of tours again in the future
Family trip with my two sisters and our father. This was his Father's Day gift. September weather was spectacular. Jeremy was very nice and took us around to see all of the sights at our own pace. We spent the day very leisurely as we were the only group that day. So we had a very private, relaxed day. The limo was in very good condition, very clean and upscale interior with a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Thanks Jeremy we made some incredible memories that day.
