5-dagars Singapore City Pass med inträde till Universal Studios

Very Poor experience. It is pretty expensive tour. You. One can get a better deal and at much cheaper price. Night tour is also very poor . 2 day hopper bus again is not worth.

On top of that experience with staff was extremely unprofessional and rude at the place where we picked the ticket. When we wanted to complain the manager /supervisor was not even bothered to talk

It was male staff. When we asked for name he denied to share it and when we tried to talk manager he denied saying he is busy.

I won't recommend to anyone. It is expensive and on top of it staff is rude and unprofessional

I am not sure how much money you save because the hop-on/hop-off bus you almost cannot use and you can easily do without the Funvee open top bus night tour.
you have to use Taxi or MRT for most cases to use your time wisely.
Marina square to Sentosa shuttles are OK but they waste time.
Funvee night tour is a rip-off...they will take you to the Garden by the bay and waste your time there and only half hour city tour.
city tour operators were not courteous - quite indifferent and rude.

We weren't in love with this city pass in the end, and ended up losing money on it compared to if we had just bought things separately. I think one big problem is that it is a bit unclear and inefficient trying to set up what exactly we wanted to do out of the optionsyou have to visit the the Tourist Hub in order to redeem certain activities rather than simply picking them when first booking the pass. Also, the Funvee Hop/Hop off bus ended up being a big waste of money for us because we found the MRT Singapore train service to be far more efficient and useful.

This tour was amazing!

Good value, so far only done universal and for that we were picked up from our hotel and taken to the bus. Busses back were 4 and 6pm. We were well and truly ready by 4 but it was a very wet day so many rides were cancelled
Hop on hop off bus. Was ok again raining so couldnt sit outside. Busses run very late. Waited 20 mins for one then decided to go across the rd for coffee when it went sailing passed.

The 5 day city tour pass is not actually any travel pass as mentioned on the itinerary. There is no coordination between hired transportation and travel agent, which the customer is expected to coordinate. Customers are expected to organize their own vehicles. One pick up given is only to office.
