We had a slight hiccup with the booking, as viator and the operator did not share the details of the booking. so when I called they didn't know about our booking. Luckily we had free time for the day so the operator rearranged and organized a driver for us in the afternoon rather than the morning. We had a great tour of cool sites and had a lot of fun haggling at the craft market!
The company went out of their way to make sure they could accommodate us despite the booking error. Recommend.
