EXCELLENT! Would definitely recommend the 2 day trip. Hotel was surprisingly
Very Modern! Saw and petted lots of kangaroos and koalas! So adorable.
Made my trip worthwhile. Guide was great and very knowledgeable.
Took the ferry over and plane back. Could have taken ferry back, no problem.
Stayed at Hotel Adbacoa was fine, washer and dryer in hotel very handy.
Great two-day trip. Booked from the U.S. and executed very well locally. We booked our arrival in Adelaide at the Crowne Plaza and pick up was right outside the hotel. Coach to the ferry, and then switch to another coach upon arrival on KI. Spent the night at the Aurora Ozone, which was fantastic. Saw plenty of seals, koalas and kangaroos. Even saw albino kangaroos. Thoroughly recommend this two-day visit to KI. I particularly enjoyed because I hate driving and not having to drive around the island was a huge plus.
Excellent way to see that all Kangaroo Island has to offer. The mini-bus was spacious and comfortable. The driver was full of information along the way picking out sights to see as we went along. The hotel in Kingscote was first rate. I flew back rather than take the ferry crossing and road trip back to Adelaide. I would recommend that otherwise you arrive back late. There was a car at the airport to take me back to my hotel. A bit of trivia for post card enthusiasts, the post office in Kingscote which is right behind the hotel has a special Kangaroo Island cancellation for postcards and envelopes. If I had known I would have sent off a few to friends and family. I would have had time as the second day tour started at 10 a.m. Alas I didn't know about that but it is not the tour fault.
This was a great trip for animal lovers as the wildlife was extensive and varied. Each day started with a visit to a local business eucalyptus oil, honey that were primarily shopping opportunities but then the pace picked up rapidly to include seal lions, koalas, kangaroos, raptors and fur seals. There were also several beautiful landscapes such as Pennington Bay and Remarkable Rocks.
Our driver/tour guide, Jackie, did a remarkable job of dispensing information, driving and keeping everyone on schedule. We stayed at the Aurora ozone Hotel, which was quite nice and offered good meals.
What a brilliant couple of days, definitely recommend this tour, would certainly do it again, but you do need the 2 days.
Guide was very informative, and took us to lots of places you would miss doing the trip on your own.
Cant wait to go back.
If going to Kangaroo Island, definitely take the two day tour. We had Marc as a tour guide, and he was SUPERB! There is so much more to see and do on the 2 day tour compared to the one day tour. We stayed at the Aurora Ozone, which was right on the water we kept the door of our balcony door overlooking the water open to hear the waves at night and also allowed an extra hour of sleep. This has been the highlight of our trip to Australia, so far.
Everything about the trip was fabulous! The coach from my hotel to the ferry, the driver was very informative, the boat trips, the coach on the island, the driver Jacqui, great commentary, the exceptional scenery, the hotel, the food, the visits to interesting places and it was a heap of fun. I have recommended it to quite a few people and hope to go back in Autumn or Winter sometime.
We had a great 2-day trip! Very well organised with a great guide - Greg.
The timetable was well put together with plenty of time to visit the sights that we went to.
The lunch venues were great and the food equally so.

Amazing 2 days. Our guide/driver, Jackie, made this trip a wonderful experience with her extensive knowledge of the island's history and wildlife. We had great weather and have had the most interesting 2 days since arriving in Australia. We travelled from the UK and would recommend this trip to anyone.
Well-organized, stunning views and very interesting attractions. Gary was superb tour leader.
Even though the winter weather was cold and WINDY, the experience was amazing! There was so much to see and do on this 2-day tour. Glen provided great commentary and superb service. The lunches were both delicious, and the accommodations at the Aurora Ozone hotel were comfortable.
Brilliant time ! was a great trip with lots of fantastic stops .... highly recommend !
This tour was an awesome way to see some of the best sights that the beautiful Kangaroo Island has to offer. The tour was very well organized even with a large group of 30. The included lunches and breakfast were delicious and the accommodation at the hotel was great.
Well organised and kept moving. Accommodation was fantastic. Overall we recommend this tour.
Very enjoyable 2 days. Glen was our guide and he was great. Lunches on both days were good. Hotel was very good. Unfortunately it was stormy on our last afternoon and we had to go back on the 4.30 ferry instead of the 7.30, which was disappointing.
It was well organised and worked seamlessly. Les are bus driver and tour guide is a national treasure, fantastic made the trip very enjoyable.
Brilliant 2 days. Well organised and saw so much of the island and its wildlife. Hotel very good with room overlooking the sea. Thoroughly recommend it.
A highly recommended tour. The guide Glen Wilson was a local KI and he knew the place in and out. Ask anything and you had an answer for it. A breathtaking place to get lost for eternity. Only felt 2 days was far less. Also felt the eucalyptus tour could be replaced with something related to farming. A must do tour for all the holiday enthusiast.
Best of my three week stay in Australia. Lunch on one day was very iffy only could pick from two a Caesar salad or calamari and I dont eat either. Definitely thought a more normal lunch would be provided. But with that aside everything about this trip was wonderful. Watching the Seaguls being fed was really neat. Everything from our guide to Seal Bay to the spectacular birds of prey could not have been better. Well worth the trip.
We did the tour in late November and the weather was lovely--not too hot. There were 40-50 people on the tour and that seemed like a manageable number. We never had to wait for anyone to get back on the bus and we kept on schedule. The activities/sites that were chosen for us were great. We liked visiting with the owners of the bee farm and the eucalyptus distillery and sampling/buying their wares. We especially enjoyed the wildlife portions of the tour. The lunches were delicious and the lodging was nice. Our tour bus driver told us all about Kangaroo Island and answered all our questions. The pick up from the hotel and delivery to and from the airport was so easy and convenient.
Great Trip, Our guide Les was excellent, an animal lover's dream holiday.
Excellent trip, Les was fantastic as a guide , lots packed in and an animal lover's dream
At the beginning there was a mix up with the pick-up point in Adelaide causing some fraught moments and a rather disgruntled, though very polite, driver.
Thereafter the tour was the highlight of our trip to Australia, with many sights, animals and good food and accommodation. Overall, excellent.
