It was great!
André and his college were really nice. They received us with a drink and some snacks, we even got blankets to enjoy the sunset (it was a bit cold by then but most of the trip we enjoy the amazing sun).
I would recommend and will come back as soon as I'm back in Algarve.

This sunset tour was very chilled. The captain Andrew was very helpful and accommodating with anything we asked for. We were able to sit on the top of the boat. We took tons of beautiful pictures, It was romantic. We passed beautiful sites and the scenery was magnificent.

Die Fahrt ist aufgrund des Wetter ausgefallen. Das kann immer passieren. Leider wurden wir darüber erst infomiert als wir bereits vor Ort waren. Da hatte wir das Taxi zum Treffpunkt bereits bezahlt. Also 2 mal Taxikosten für nichts. Dem Veranstalter lag meine E-Mail sowie meine Handy Nr. vor. Man hätte auch früher absagen können. Dann hätten wir uns die Taxikosten sparen können. Der Trip sollte am 08.06.2022 stattfinden. Bis heute (17.06.2022) habe ich noch keine Rückerstattung, obwohl der Veranstalter mir das vor Ort sofort zugesagt hat.

We are so sorry that you felt the need to write this review. As explained to you personally, we had just arrived from the afternoon tour with a customer that got injured because of the big waves that started to show by the end of the afternoon tour. You are correct, we should have try to contact all the clients for the next tour, but we arrived late from the afternoon tour because of the bad weather that suddenly started almost at the end of the afternoon tour, (this is the Atlantic, sometimes this happens) and with a person that got injured (felt in the stairs), so it was quite a difficult situation to me to handle with everything at the same time.
We tried to rebook you, as we did with the other clients that were booked at your Sunset tour, but you didn't accept. It would be good to mention at the time i explained to you that there were no conditions of safety to do your tour and that you would want us to pay your expenses for the taxi. You didn't mention anything like this...
We would like to remember that this is an open-air activity and that the sea can change sometimes very fast, that's why it is written: "According to the weather conditions".
About the refund, please be so kind to check it better, I got in touch with Viator / Tripadvisor and the information I got is that the refund was done.
Please contact us directly in case it was not done, and we will get in touch again with them to make sure it is done. Usually, there are no problems with the refunds. You should be refunded exactly by the same method that you have paid them.

Again we are so sorry for your disappointment, but it was an atypical day in our operation, and i ask you to understand a day with some Kaos made by the weather and an injured client. Wir hatten perfektes Wetter. Die Crew hat für unser Wohl gesorgt und uns sicher durch die seichten Wellen navigiert. Irgendwann, kurz vor Sonnenuntergang sind wir für einige Zeit ins fast warme Wasser gesprungen um uns etwas abzukühlen. Dieser wundervolle Moment konnte dann noch mit einem eindrucksvollen Sonnenuntergang - wie man ihn sich vorstellt- übertroffen werden, so dass wir glückselig und
„geflasht“ von der schönen Fahrt nach ca. 2,5h wieder im Hafen waren. Ein toller Ausflug, an den wir uns gerne erinnern werden. Vielen Dank.

Una delicia de experiencia con la agradable compañía del patrón, un hombre de mar con apasionantes historias y gran sentido del humor y su hija, que comparte la pasión de su padre. El colofón de la experiencia es sin duda el espectacular ocaso algarviense que si desde tierra es apasionante, desde el mar te deja sin palabras.
