Starters can include Catalan-style fish, octopus with potatoes, marinated sardines or octopus in garlic sauce followed by a pasta dish—two of Consuelo’s favorites are linguine with squid ink and spaghetti with eel or fish sauce. Taste lobster prepared Catalan-style with fresh tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, then finish the night with dessert and Italian coffee.
