Tour guide was informative, many problems with the mic once crossing the border into Belgium. Be prepared for a long and not very scenic drive.

Very disappointed. Booked this with another couple and we were not on the same tour. The tour started with NO AC on the bus, which in July isn't a good thing. They stopped at a road stop so we could use the facilities. We as a group told them they either needed to fix the bus or send another one. Apparently, the bus driver didn't know how to turn on the AC... Tour guide was adequate at best. At the end of the tour the bus was parked across a four-lane very busy road...they wanted us to cross it - with no stop lights, signs, etc. Again we said NO.
Bruges is beautiful, but this tour was horrendous!

Our guide was very informative and friendly. He came and chatted with us all on the coach as we drove to Bruges. He gave us a tour of the old city and then we had free time to explore on our own. The city was charming and I had a great time. Pick up and drop off points are as explained on the site. I would keep in mind that the drive is about 3.5 hours and then you get a 1 hour tour of the city so we didn't get free time to eat until about 2PM. If you can't wait that long to eat like me make sure you bring snacks.

Too little time to visit the complete town but it was a lovely trip. The walking tour is quite hard to keep up with since there is a rush to cover the entire old town. Keep up with the guide and dont lose him. We lost the guide and looked around the place on our own. The boat ride is not included in the price but is a lovely experience.

Booked this tour in English and found out that the tour is operated in multiple languages. This made it very annoying to listen to commentary as our guide kept switching back and forth between English and Spanish every sentence. Also, our guide did NOT give a tour in Bruges. He pointed out key spots for us to find our way back to the bus, but did not give us any history or information about the town. He basically rushed thru the town to his luncheon spot and then left us. I've been on many tours and this was the worst by far. It was basically transportation from Amsterdam to Bruges, not really a tour.

The tour of Brugge was better than anticipated. History is an amazing thing but better still with a guide who knows her history. We couldn't have had a better day with the weather it was perfect. The medieval city is a sight to behold, more time could be spent there very easily. Food is no problem souvenirs are no problem, language us no problem. Most people we talked to were multi lingual. I wouldn't suggest that anyone pull a suitcase over the cobbles....we had three on our tour who were staying in the city at the end of the walking tour, they found it difficult with their cases. Given the opportunity I would go back to spend more time.
