Excellent tour. This really gives you a full day experience. The villages we toured were beautiful. Ferry ride to island was fun and lunch was delicious. Enjoyed the cheese shop, clog demonstration and windmill tour.
We really enjoyed this tour! Our guide was Jaime and he was funny and knowledgeable. Lots to see during the day. A very nice lunch provided, as well.
A wonderful tour great guide and wonderful places to visit. Again more time would have been nice but thoroughly enjoyed this tour.
Very enjoyable full day overview tour. The bus was comfortable, the driver excellent, and the tour guide very knowledgeable and nice. We were well received everywhere we went and although it was touristy and somewhat crowded in some of the spots, I was not disappointed. We visited Edam, Vollendam, Maarken, and Zandt - nice scenery, people, food, and luckily also weather! I found it a great day and an excellent value.

Loved it! After St. Petersburg, the best tour of our whole trip!
Very enjoyable and picturesque day trip. Highly recommended for someone who wants a quick introduction to the Dutch countryside. The tour guide - Maryanne and coach driver - Brett were very friendly and provided excellent service. Be prepared to walk a bit. The group size was just right to make it a very enjoyable tour.
Pieter was a fantastic tour guide -- humorous, respectful, kind, knowledgeable. The bus driver Bert was very courteous and helpful for my handicapped wife. The tour of the countryside was just what we wanted to see. Put this on your bucket list. Bar none!
A great tour, nice and relaxing around the country side a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! The guide was excellent and trip was very informing and beautiful!

We really had fun. It's highly recommended for first timer in the country.
I always love visiting villages.
We had a very nice companion within the tour.
Love the food for lunch too.
The driver and guide are extremely caring. They make sure you have an exceptional good tour experience.
Loved this tour. It was put together well. Beautiful countryside. If you find yourself in Amsterdam, dont miss this.
Nice trip - -many good sights. Suggested updates to itinerary is to say you will only see Tulips in season, and should warn participants that restroom stops are not free and they should have some Euro Coins with them for these stops
The places we visit are beautiful, Edgar the tour guide is excellent
Outstanding tour with highlights including a tour of a working windmill and a fantastic demonstration of wooden shoe manufacturing. Very scenic walking tours. Edgar was an excellent guide!
This was one of the funnest days we had in the Netherlands. Our tour guide was excellent, and every part of the day was great. The windmill tour was spectacular, the tiny villages we visited were great, the boat ride was very enjoyable, and the restaurant was very good. I was skeptical initially about booking this tour, but it seriously ended up being one of the best memories of our two weeks in Europe. Also, learning about the history of the Netherlands, and the intricacy of the entire dam and levee network was fascinating.
Very well planned and spaced tour schedule. The lunch was great and the Cheese and clog factory visit was very informative and interesting.
Beautiful tour of the countryside including Edem, a cheese factory and wooden shoe maker in Vilderdam, and windmills in Zaanse Schans. Very enjoyable day!
Excellent value for money with terrific professional guide and driver.
This countryside tour was really amazing. Worth the time and money. Tour guide was nice and knowledgable too. Very organized.
Wish, however, that we could have spent time exploring Edam rather than just walking through it.
Absolutely love the itinerary and the pace of the tour! Amazing Tour guide, Mary Ann is eloquent in spanish, english and french, provides interesting insights of Amsterdam history of the places covered. We have time for photos and shopping at each locations. Lunch at Marken was delicious and serves fast in good portions. Highly recommended!
This tour of the small villages in the country side of the Netherlands was very refreshing and was a good change from the urban sights of Amsterdam. The villages of Edam and Marken were exceptionally picturesque. The villages had many small canals with stone bridges, water side trees, and cottages in the background. Almost at every turn, we were presented with a post card view. It was a thrill to climb up into the working windmills at Zaanse Schans and see the gears and screws turning. We had cheese tasting at Volendam and then took a boat ride to Marken where we had a great lunch and were given a demonstration on the making of Dutch shoes.
