I booked this tour about 30 min before it was scheduled to leave and my wife, my son and I had an absolute blast! Karen was an awesome hostess and kept the truly "unlimited drinks" coming the whole cruise. The weather was perfect and of course so was the atmosphere and scenery!

REALLY BAD HOST BUT REALLY GOOD SKIPPER

We booked a day cruise with friends and family (13 people) to celebrate a birthday but will choose different company next time. We saw eachother 20minutes before the cruise and therefore had a lot to catch up. At first our host asked us what we would like to drink and since the person he specifically wanted to serve the drink next missed his question he started to ask if we even understand english. Since we answer him in english we tought we was just joking like he did when we entered the boat. Apparently he wasn’t, got mad and started yelling at us. We all were astonished by his behaviour and he didn’t want to talk to us after first 10 minutes. What a customer service, whether he had a bad day or he’s in wrong job :D Gladly there was skipper who was 10/10 and told us some facts about Amsterdam during our cruise. All the stars are for him, the other guy would deserve 0.

This was a very pleasant experience. The guides were informative and friendly but also not too pushy and over talkative. We had a couple of drinks whilst taking in the scenery, we really enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend it. Great value for money.

Fantastic hour. The guide Lex was excellent, friendly and interesting. We were genuinely given unlimited drinks both soft drinks and wine or beer. With prices in Amsterdam this alone made tour great value. The skipper too was excellent I think he was called Dennis. Definitely a fun and interesting way to rest your feet and see more of Amsterdam.

The tour was unpretentious, cheap, and boozy. The guides were cool younger dudes with a lot of knowledge about the city. If you're just looking to cruise for an hour, smash some Heinekens (or rosé), and learn some Amsterdam history without getting too fancy or standing up, this tour is for you!

Had a great time on this tour. Arrival was on time, boarding was swift and group not too big. Guide was excellent, informative and lots of fun…drinks flowed well for entire time and the wine was good quality. Toilet was small but at least there was one - but the guys need to provide some toilet paper (even though there are no number twos allowed, females still need the paper).

Previously have been on a covered canal cruise, the open top was way better, probably helped by the amazing weather. The two guys were very informative, kept the drinks flowing and had a laugh with all passengers. Very relaxing way to see parts of the city at a leisurely pace, one of the best parts of our trip ! When the host tried to start a fight with the customer and had to be let off the boat as he stormed off .never before have I seen a host shape up and threaten to fight a customer who did nothing wrong!! Truly an absolute idiot !! So unprofessional !! Remember the customers pay your bills !!You're lucky you have a business with behaviour like that !! If you didn't have such a great co worker we would have all demanded our money back . Hatsoff to the skipper he rescued the trip from a total disaster !!

First time visiting Amsterdam and would 100% recommend. The boat tour is nice to get away from the crowds and just enjoy some time on the water. My husband and I were fortunate no one else booked so it was just us. The guide I believe her name was Miranda was AMAZING so kind and funny. The captain (sorry I can’t remember his name) was incredible, I could never navigate a boat through those tiny tiny canals. We had an incredible time, so much to learn.
