The best way to go! We were picked up at the airport and taken, in a private car, to our hotel. No taxis, no hotel shuttles, no worries! Our driver took us into a neighboring village to watch the tulip parade. He was great - very helpful and friendly! Would recommend this as a great first view of the city, and as great transportation from the airport.

Our plane was delayed 30 minutes or so. We were told to meet the tour guide near the large cube which was easy to find, however, the tour guide wasn't. He was at the backend of the cube, sitting down with the sign on his lap. It shouldn't be my job to find him especially after a 13 hour flight.

We went straight to the Cube to find the tour guide even though my two children were starving. I asked the tour guide if we could stop and grab a pastry or something as my children were very hungry. His reply was no eating in the coach. He did stop along the way and I grabbed a couple coffees and a couple pastries.

He was barely pleasant at the start, had no plan on where to go except into the city when I clearly stated I wanted to see the tulips. Speaking of tulips, when I booked the tour I called and spoke with someone in your Las Vegas location. I think his name was Joe NY accent but I'm not completely sure. He was nice enough but outright lied as he said he was there looking at the tulips a week ago. Well, only a portion of the flowers are in bloom. Very disappointed.

The tour bus needs to some type of speaker system. He was talking and no one could hear what he was saying in the back. It was ridiculous. I told him what I requested was to see the flowers and a walking tour of Amsterdam. He gave us a nice tour of the flower fields stopping to take pictures, etc. However, when we entered the city his idea of a walking tour was pulling the bus over and saying If you walk down that way you can see ... . Okay, granted the guy was very overweight and older early 60s is my case but if you have a family with young kids requesting a tour, I would suggest sending someone capable or at least interested in giving a tour.

I had planned on booking several tours through your company as this was our first stop in a 5 city vacation, however, I waited to see how the first tour went and I am so glad I did. Would not recommend.
