The Heineken Experience was fantastic! We booked online so no waiting, the tour was fun and the guides looked after us very well. We enjoyed the free beers and our karaoke video. The tasting session was not so tasty but I suppose that is up to individual tastes. The canal cruise boat is located directly opposite the HE, so was easy to find, the trip was smooth and interesting. I would revisit on a return trip.

A great cruise, we pretty much had the boat to ourselves. Plus it was toasty inside, which surprised me. No need for coats! Really able to enjoy the city pass by and soak up the views. We had a beautiful sunny day and I will never forget the sights! We did the canal trip first at 11 a.m. and then walked up the road to the Heineken Museum at about 1 ish. There were some really informative staff who shared information and history about the museum and how it's changed over time. Loved the 'in your own time' walk about and the ride. Boy did they build up the tasting at the end! Loads of fun things to do too with your mobiles! Cheers Heineken.

Excellent trip! After a wonderful hour and a half cruise around Amsterdam, we arrived at the Heineken Museum and was quickly escorted passed the queue, straight to the front door. Once in, you were taken through a very 'interesting' route and experience, showing you about the history of the company and how the lager is made, ultimately having a few free drinks at the bar! Great day!!

Boat left on time and the trip was everything we expected allow a couple of hours. Brewery was interesting, and we enjoyed a beer at the end.

The Heineken experience is definitely worth seeing even if you don't like beer. It is well designed, informative and a feel good story about the generations of family run Heineken. The boat cruise also should not be missed. It is a great way to see the city.

Wonderful trip to Amsterdam. Pre-booked tickets for Canal Cruise and Heineken Brewery. This gave us easy access as the queues were very long despite the inclement weather. Viator proved to be very helpful. T and M Ireland
