I took my 11 year-old daughter here at the end of April when the Gardens are in full bloom. The Keukenhof is an amazing place. You're dropped off here and you're on your own to explore the gardens and various exhibition halls, as you please. My only problem with the tour is that it goes so quickly that you feel you were rushed. So maybe it's just a lot to do and see. The tulip farm was fun and interesting. We learned a lot about tulips and got great photos!
This is a lovely tour! I really enjoyed the Gentleman who runs the tulip farm! His stories were informational with some humor. The display gardens both outside and inside are AMAZING!! You can tell how much work and pride goes into the creation of the Gardens. Make sure you bring your camera and fully charge your batteries before going. You will not want to miss.
This day was top of the bucket-list! The gardens were perfect as was the day - can't believe they were a week from closing! There were literally thousands of people enjoying the flowers and at no time did it feel over-crowded. Very interesting tour through the tulip farm and learning about their production. A friend did an earlier tour and was given a book about Keukenhof but sadly not the tour we were on.
This was a really wonderful tour. It certainly helped that it was a perfect day weather wise. We loved meeting the farmer and hearing all about his business raising tulips for the bulbs. He was so nice to let us stand IN the fields and take pictures! Then onto the gardens which were breath taking. We took so many pictures our camera battery was done. No one can describe how beautiful this place is. The inside pavilions are also spectacular. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We would recommend taking a picnic lunch to enjoy amid the flowers. We definitely want to go back. Don't miss this.
Flowers were very pretty. The gardens were very nice but would recommend the trip to the tulip farm, you learn so much about flowers and bulbs. Plus the trip to and from were very educational, tour guide was very knowledgable we enjoyed the trip
We loved every minute. Despite the rain when we arrived at the bulbfields, we were still able to go outside after a while and enjoy the splendour of the bulbfields. The gardens at Keukenhof were out of this world! It was the most wonderful feeling being able to experience this magnificent sight. Highly recommend this tour.
We took this tour on 11 April 16.This tour was amazing.we were taken to a private flower feild and the time spent there was magical.I would recommend this tour to any flower lover to see Holland at its best.
The Park is stupendous! The day went on without a hitch. Just enough time to see the entire gardens plus grab a bite to eat. The colors and designs are amazing!! We thought the tour was great including the tulip farm. We would highly recommend this tour.
Beautiful!!!! Had a great time at Keukenhof. The tulip farm was great and educational and the free time at the garden was very nice...almost to short if you like to take a lot of pictures...don't spend time eating or you will miss too much
This is a GREAT tour. Keukenhof Gardens was as beautiful as advertised. The trip to the tulip farm was a true highlight and not to be missed. Not only can you get up close to the tulips but the owner is most informative and very helpful.
Perfect day for the tour
Tulips were at peak
Very helpful to visit tulip farm and we were pleased it was part of the tour
None of this is to be missed
Wow... the tulip farm was amazing and very informative. We had just over 3 hours to spend in Keukenhof and when it came time to leave we were still wanting to stay longer. It is absolutely beautiful. We went on May 9 and the flowers were still very beautiful, but I would imagine if you came a couple of weeks earlier they would only be better. Highly recommended!
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Although it was on/off rain and we didn't get to experience all of the tulip farm, we learned a lot and the Keukenhof Gardens were spectacular. We particularly enjoyed having 3 hours to tour the Gardens on our own at our own speed and focus on what we wanted the most. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Amsterdam!
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Although it rained off and on and we didn't get to experience all the tulip farm, it was very interesting. The Keukenhof Gardens were spectacular!!! Particularly enjoyed having 3 hours to tour the gardens on our own and focus on what interested us the most. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Amserdam!
Loved absolutely everything about this tour. The town of Haarlem and museum, the bulb farm, the gardens were beyond spectacular. Will never forget this experience. Tour guide was very personable and informative and enthusiastic!
The orchid section is a well kept secret here. The Tulip field is awesome, but make sure to check the late blooming season.
It was a well coordinated tour--started on time, good information while traveling to both the farm and Keukenhof Gardens--appreciated the nice meeting spot at the Gardens and the provided toilets for the Viator travelers! Well worth the money!!

A well organised, comfortable and interesting experience. I would highly recommend it.
The trip lasted from 9:45 am to 6:00 pm and we had time to stroll through Haarlem and visit the Frans Hals Museum. Paintings of wealthy families in the Bulb Growing business. The town was pretty and quiet.
The bulb farm was very interesting and the farmer had held back from cutting the heads until the tour season had finished. There were still flowers in some of the feilds this late in the season 1st week in May. Lunch was pleasant then we drove to Keukenhol Gardens by 3 pm.
The 2 hours we got strolling around the gardens was a great experience and the highlight of the trip. We had time to see as much as we wanted in that time.
The Tour Guide Pieter was very good, keeping us informed and entertained for the whole trip. Coach was smooth and comfortable.
I would recommend this tour if you want to see behind the scenes of Bulb production. It helps to appreciate the spectacular displays at Keukenhof Gardens even more.
The entire experience was worth it: double decker bus, pleasant and informed guide, fascinating stop at the tulip farm and a once in a lifetime trip to Keukenhof Gardens with its 79 acres of landscaped beauty with 7 million tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and other magnificent spring bulbs. This was a bucket trip for me and I may have to go twice.
