Accidentally bought this ticket for Van Gogh and then realized there was a combo ticket that included the canal tours. Called and emailed right away and was told it’s non refundable so just make sure before u pay for anything on Viator you check whether it’s refundable or not. Like if you are planning different activities and want to switch things around you may not be able to if you can’t cancel. I never had that with Viator before so I didn’t think I needed to read every detail so basically I had two sets of tickets at the same time for the museum
