We were p/u within a few minutes of collecting our luggage,,,Town car with our name in the window. Couldn't have been any easier. Ticket on my phone so no need for paperwork I certainly recommend this service
Right on time and clean car.
I felt like royalty being met by our formally dressed driver. Even though we were delayed by 1 hour. Our driver tracked our flight and was waiting with our name displayed. He was friendly and the car was beautiful. Could not have been better. A+ experience.

Our transfer from John Wayne Airport to our Chamberlain West Hollywood accommodation was okay with a comfortable vehicle and a chatty enthusiastic driver.
The car service was reliable and on time, but it involved a lot of coordination and calling. I wish I could have just scheduled a time and only communicated if/when a change occurred. This did not feel very automated.
I would not recommend this service. We waited for over 15 minutes for our car, before finally calling the number on our prepaid voucher that I confirmed 2 days prior to arriving. Sounding frazzled and asking what we were wearing they would send someone in 2 minutes. Well 7 mins later a mini bus arrived we only needed room for 4 and were expecting a town car . The driver was polite and efficient loading our bags. This driver had many glorified life stories that he told us along the way, which we really didn't need to hear. I would have preferred to hear points of interest that being a first time traveller to Anaheim would have assisted in our visit
Once we arrived at our hotel, we were presented with an extra bill of approx 25 above and beyond what this paid voucher was for. He of course explaining very quickly the tolls, extra gratuity because his company was called to fill in the voucher was for Carmel tours, and he was hired by them. I was beyond upset by now, and of course just paid the bill. At the hotel desk I enquired about toll roads to get to this hotel, and she said there was no way there should have been toll charges, and if he did take a toll road he went a longer way.
So beware, this was not a positive experience with this private transfer company through Viator

- driver spoke no English
- was not even at airport on arrival
- driver started incessantly calling after we had arrived 40 mins and could not be understood
- at the end of the trip at the hotel, the driver extorted parking fee and #39;s and his personal tip not included with Viator!
