For the main course, perhaps whip up some delicious potato ravioli, penne with lamprey, or classic Tuscan dish, Peposo a l' Imprunetana. Finish it off with the region’s typical dessert — Cantuccini cookies with Vin Santo.
Finally, sit down in the dining area, or in the garden if the sun is shining, to enjoy your home-cooked feast, accompanied by a selection of Italian wines.

This was a wonderful experience for my husband and I, definitely a great value. Valentina is charming, engaging, has a lovely home and is a fantastic cook and teacher. We spent about 4 hours with her, from start to finish. We began with appetizers and prosecco and ended the evening watching the sun set on her gorgeous patio having biscotti and Vinsanto. In between, we were in her kitchen making broth, tagliatelle, and a Tuscan ragu. It was one of the highlights if not THE highlight of our vacation! When we arrived back to Pittsburgh we recreated the entire meal for our family and they loved it!
