We really enjoyed our guide Holly. Her stories about the presence of ghosts haunting places that they died were great. We also learned lots about the history of downtown Ashville. The kids loved the bulls-eye where people jumped to their death, from Jackson building, during the Great Depression.

This was soooo much fun! It was just me and a friend on the tour an we both have a thing for history! Made it even more exciting there was a ghost twist to the stories! John was our tour guide an he was awesome! I definitely think he made the whole tour much more exciting an interesting. Will definitely be recommending to friends an family to try out!

First off, our guide John is definitely GOOD for business. His witty and and personal comments about our sometimes raucous surroundings kept things light as the night got dark and his storytelling of the poor souls who met their demise in this arty foody metropolis. John knew his stuff and how to deliver it with a snarky panache that ghosts, jumping again to meet their maker, would chuckle before their eternal splatter. You also get to walk the city at night with an eye for its history and architecture -good, bad and peculiar . So I highly recommend this tour! Come with a sense of humor!!

The tour guide gave a goodish history to the different spots on the tour, but the ghost portion was lacking. When I asked a question about one of the buildings, he said he didn't know the answer to that, but he might add it to his next tour because it sounded good. Uuummmm, not sure that's how that's supposed to go. It was a bit disjointed and history can be given as walking to help with getting familiar with the area, not just at the stops. It was fairly boring to me.
