You’d be hard-pressed to find a more scenic spot for dinner! As you savor the fruits of your labor, look out at the Plaka skyline and Athens sights including the Hill of the Nymphs, once the site of an ancient shrine dedicated to the nymphs.
This was an amazing tour! The class was fun and informative. I am an old time Greek cook and I learned something! After the class we went to the roof of the building and ate dinner, the wine flowed... really wonderful view and dinner. If your a foodie... DO THIS TOUR!!

The view from the rooftop is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The food we made was delicious, simple, and easy to do at home! Great company and the host or Chef I guess was great. One of the highlights of our stay in Athen's. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
A definite must do in Athens. We have cooked Greek food ourselves at home but this was a unique experience and well worth the time. It was raining so we could not take advantage of the rooftop for dining but Jupa xhilda set up a dining table inside and we had a wonderful meal as result of Jupa teaching us how to make the spanakopita, greek salad, stuffed eggplant and creamed filled desert with phyllo. It was a night to remember!
We learned hands on and were very satisfied with our meals and our leaders were superb!
Vivian is an excellent and enthusiastic guide. Here knowledge of authentic Greek cuisine is first class. Sam is an excellent chef and was very patient. We highly recommend this package.
It was wonderful
This experience was one of the highlights of our time in Athens. My wife and were the only people in our class, and the organizer and chef were kind enough to not cancel, leaving us with a private experience. We learned a lot about authentic Greek cuisine and experienced preparing and cooking Greek cuisine with fresh, simple ingredients. There is certainly some work involved in this experience, but that is part of the fun! After preparing a delicious Greek salad with fresh Feta, we made spinach and cheese pie, Papoutsakia a delicious eggplant dish, authentic Tzatziki, and finally Galaktoboureko, a creamy custard pie. Afterwards, we sat on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of Athens and enjoyed our meal with a glass of wine. We highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to learn about and practice preparing authentic Greek cuisine.
The chef and guide were amazing, warm and informative. The food delicious and enough to feed an army. It was especially fun to open filo dough and make a dessert we had been talking about all week.
It was a great treat! Come hungry. Vivian and Yota were amazing hosts!
