What You Can Expect

Overnight on Mykonos Island from Athens

See the iconic Mykonos windmills

Day 1
Make your way to the Port of Piraeus in Athens, where you’ll catch an early morning ferry to the island of Mykonos, with perfect views of the Aegean Sea during the 5-hour, 20-minute crossing. Upon arrival on Mykonos, a representative will meet you at the ferry dock, then transfer you to your hotel for check in. You’ll have the whole afternoon to spend exploring Mykonos: stroll pedestrian streets lined with traditional whitewashed houses and pretty churches, relax on the beach, or find a café to watch the sun set over the ocean.

Mykonos comes to life after dark, so save some energy for the nightclubs that pulse at the edge of the water—the party keeps going until the sun comes up.

Day 2 (B)
Your second day on Mykonos starts with breakfast at your hotel, then you’ll have until early afternoon to relax. Head to one of the beaches to catch some Aegean sun, the meet a driver at your hotel for transfer to the 2:15pm ferry.

The ferry arrives back at the Port of Piraeus at roughly 8pm.

5 star rating: Highly Recommended October 2017

A very good trip to take, well run. There was a guide who assisted you at every point of passage and the Greek ferries are well run and clean. We selected the four star option, the hotel was a very nice one named the Pelican Bay Art. The room was beautiful with a balcony. The view was OK, nice but with only a glimpse of the ocean and the rest was of the hills and countryside. The hotel's restaurant and pool were perfect for a lunch and later a swim after a day at the beach. The hotel's restaurant food is very good, and there is a fantastic seafood restaurant named Nikos Gallop just a short walk up the road. Highly recommended, the restaurant is off-of the touristic path. The Old Port of Mykonos is beautiful though some spots touristy, but well done in any case.
