Totally interesting and informative. The tour guide took time to answer questions and you had the opportunity to take some fun photos. I would highly recommend.
This was a very informative tour. We highly recommend it for everyone as it's fun to see what goes on behind the scenes at a television studio.
Very interesting... The morning tour was not crowded at all and our tour guide was very personable.
Absolutely AWEsome! We happened to be there on the day of Nancy Reagan's funeral and we were able to see everyone working on the news floor to ensure proper coverage. The behind the scenes tours were great also. Most of all, we were able to take a picture behind a mock news desk!

The inside of this building is amazing. The first floor has a huge food court so plan your visit accordingly as this is the easiest place to grab something quick in the area. The tour was quick but covered everything. We were able to see a live viewing. Overall it was well well worth the time!
Very interesting behind the scenes tour.
I must begin by saying that our guide was not the most personable, but he definitely knew what he was talking about and we felt we got a good overview of CNN. It is well worth the time. The building is quite amazing.
We enjoyed seeing and hearing about the development of CNN and being inspired by the key people in the organization today. However, because we toured on a Sunday, there was not much activity to see in the various studios, and much of the broadcasting was taking place at the other studios in NYC and Washington, DC.
We had the opportunity to take the old CNN tour awhile back. It was a wonderful tour. I was told they made changes to the tour. Personally, I believe the changes were do to security. We had a private tour I am handicapped so we used the elevators to go from floor to floor. There was security people everywhere. They do not put you up in a gallery to watch the live feed of CNN anymore. You see films of how they operate and are shown live operations behind glass walls. It was a fine tour full of information.
My wife and I took my 92 year old mother on the ADA tour in a wheel chair. We enjoyed the tour and it was very accommodating to our needs.
Tour was on time and very good. We took the steps downward and they were just fine. Good presentation of the CNN operation.
The best thing is having a souvenir photo taken at a news desk, also a live audio of the producer's comments. The big drawback was that there was no sighting of the actual TV anchors in action. Still well worth doing the tour.
Great tour...BUT, the tour would not take my VIATOR reservation! So I had to pay again... So if you are making your reservation through this website...DONT, it sucks.
It was very interesting and knowledeable. I thought the young lady was well versed and did an excellent job passing it on to us. Thank You
