This was a wonderful experience. Wonderful night, guide was fantastic, food was great and aftershow was something to experieence
We loved the zoo! Great tour of the zoo at night, followed by a fire dance show, and a lovely buffet meal. There was also the opportunity to feed an elephant.
Its an unique experience with family at Bali and comes to be a pleasant surprise for kids to have dinner along with lion and snaps along with Orangutan. This was our first night visit to any zoo across world and even though at higher cost, it offer so distinctive features and entertainments.
The hospitality at the best as the guide welcome us from the entrance as the night zoo scheduled to begin from 5:30 PM onwards as they guide us to the open air dinner table by offering welcome drink. On the way you can catch up snaps with some cute animals. The Dinner is arranged near the lions protected with moats.
Night safari require prior booking and is offered for a small group 20-30 per day and took inside the zoo by walking by splitting into two batches. The guide whom carry torch explains it well and even tried to offer mosquito repellent cream upon request. On the way we can meet feeding tigers, a Big Orangutan Jacky and can do feeding of dears, Elephants and can have snaps along with them.
The best part is the dinner followed by fire dance and animal show. it will get over around 9PM and they offer free pick up and drop from nearby hotels. But the cost of souvenirs and photos comes at a premium.
Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed the night we got picked up right on 5pm at our hotel lobby and went straight to Bali zoo. Once arriving there we was greeted by a tour guide and he explain the procedure of the night. We got seated at our table greeted by a refreshing apple cider and a spring roll. While waiting for others to arrive you can take photos of the lions, monkey, a snake and a owl. Once everyone arrived we went down to where the elephants where 13 of them in total. We got to feed one which was so funny. After everyone fed the elephants we went back to our seats and the buffet dinner was served. The salad, chicken, steak, and pasta was so delicious. You could go back for seconds. Drinks are at your own expense but cheap anyway. After dinner there was a show with drummers and dancing and you get to play the drums as well. After all the food you then got to tour the zoo and see the nocturnal animals the highlight of the animals was the orangutan Jackie her name was boy she was so funny but be careful she will try and spit at you and throw food as well. After seeing all the animals at night time and feeding the Deer we went back to our seats and there was more shows. I really enjoyed the fire dancing and the story about the parrot. By the end you got the chance to have photos with the fire dancers. After all that you can pick up the photos that the staff did earlier and then walk out of the lobby then your driver is waiting for you to take you back to your hotel. I recommend this package to everyone who wants to see the zoo with not many people and a tour guide who speaks English.
Punctual pickup. Enjoyed the evening stroll through the zoo and meet and greet of the elephants and orangutans and snake. Staff were great. Fire dance show was excellent and the buffet dinner excellent also. Most enjoyable evening and would recommend it . Value for money. Nice to see some upgrades to enclosures being undertaken. This is quite a small zoo and doing this tour was a great way to get more out of the visit.
Ok..Poor Animals..Nice Dinner
