Return Details

Returns to original departure point
After hotel pickup, you will arrive at the docks in Bridgetown to board 'El Tigre,' a large schooner fit to carry 50, however we limit the tour to 36 in order to ensure space and comfort.

Upon arrival, take a seat in one of the shaded areas, or lie out in the sun as we pull away from the harbor and begin our journey down the west coast of Barbados.

Along the voyage, you will take in beautiful views of Barbados’ pristine coastline. Enjoy the warm ocean breeze as the catamaran glides on the water and sip on unlimited beverages like rum punch, beer, coffee, or juice.

The boat will make its way to the first snorkeling spot, jump in for a 45-minute snorkel where you’re likely to see sea turtles and other marine life swimming among the coral reef. Next, board the ship and make your way to a shipwreck that has become a thriving habitat for tropical fish. Jump in to view this lost-treasure and the creatures that now call it home for another 45-minute snorkel.

The catamaran will then make its way back to the docks in Bridgetown and you will be transported back to your hotel.
Itinerary
Stop At:
El Tigre Catamaran Sailing Cruises
After hotel pickup, head to the marina in Bridgetown to board your catamaran, El Tigre, a 60-foot-long (18-meter) and 24-foot-wide (7-meter) schooner that’s big enough to carry 50 passengers but is limited to 36 per cruise to provide more space. The boat offers both shady and uncovered areas so you can choose to sit wherever you’ll be more comfortable. Pull out of the marina and head along the west coast of Barbados, enjoying the sea breeze on your face and admiring the picturesque coastline. While you sail, just relax, sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of juice, rum punch or beer, and enjoy a slice of coconut bread.
Admission Ticket Included
Stop At:
Barbados
Make your way to your first snorkeling spot, where you should be able to see sea turtles. Spend 45 minutes snorkeling, and then hop back on board the boat to sail to your second snorkeling location, a shipwreck that has become a habitat for many tropical fish. You have another 45 minutes to snorkel here. If you choose the 3-hour option, you’ll then be dropped off at a west coast beach, where your cruise ends. Your transportation will be waiting for you at this beach to return to your hotel. If you select the 5-hour option, continue along the west coast to a third location, where you’ll stop to enjoy lunch onboard the boat. Then hop in the water to cool off, swimming up to the nearby beach, if you wish, for a stroll along the sand. Back on board, enjoy a cocktail and listen to soca — a style of Caribbean calypso music — while the boat returns you to the marina in Bridgetown, where your cruise ends. Unlimited drinks (soda, beer and rum punch) are provided on both cruise options.

Mom and I went on the Catamaran Snorkeling cruise and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Right from our hotel collection (Ryan) on to the boat with Edward, Maureen, Kai and the pilot (I cannot remember his name, my apologies) It was a wonderful cruise. As a raw vegan I was given two bowls of fruit and it was delicious. The Rum Punches flowed and fun was had by everyone on the cruise and we even had dancing and bopping around. We saw a shipwreck and swam with a turtle. We also saw lots of other fishes and the staff were amazing and safety conscious with special attention and care being afforded to the less confident swimmers. Fantastic day out. Will do this tour again and highly recommend this trip. Thank you.

Boyfriend and I went on the 3-hour excursion and absolutely loved it. The snorkeling spots they took us to were wonderful. As promised we saw turtles and a sting ray at the first spot and tons of fish and the coral reef at the second spot. The crew were great and kept us 'well-hydrated' the entire time with drinks!
