a small but exquisite distillery. lovely staff who are happy to answer your questions. lovely surroundings. I know the owner is keen to get a small railway built to enhance the experience, so if anyone fancies building it for him then contact the abbey!
we were picked up by the lovely Kate from Mango Bay who gave us the special treatment so we finished off our trip at The Fisherman's Pub at Speightown for lunch before returning to our hotel.

Probably the most historically accurate and complete view of what a 19th century sugar plantation looked like. The house is in excellent condition and the sugar crushing mill is still running using the original equipment from England. Great historical spot.
