The cave tour was great! The pickup and drop off was excellent and on time. Driver was informative. Excursion was interesting and educational. Would highly recommend. Paul and Rita
I was a member of the Caving Club when I was a medical student in Jamaica so believe me this experience was much better than being wet miserable lost AND in danger exploring caves for fun and adventure in Jamaica. Not only is Harrison's Cave the largest well-lit and excavated system I've ever seen but it takes all the fun out of caving in being bruised cold and miserable ! The main danger is occasional drops of water from the roof ! No contest - this is the 1 attraction for families in Caribbean cruises and I've been on 6 of them - don't miss it !
bus driver was great shared lots of info.Bar was good,Boat ride was not a 1/4 mile but snokel was great saw both the wrecks and lots of turtles and fish and randy dove with us and was very helpful.
We were the only 2 on this tour. It was amazing. From the time Qammie picked us up at the hotel from Glory Tours, to lunch and the snorkelling. Qammie is amazing and we were well taken care off. It truly was a breath taking adventure and we do it all over again. Qammie and Glory Tours are truly amazing.
I NEVER EVER rate anything let alone write a review, but this is well deserved. The tour was AMAZING! And so fun. Barbados is a beautiful island and eventhough I have friends from there, the tour taught me much more then my friends even knew!
Very good trip and company had great service small group 6 people jemel was a great guide
We booked this tour because we don't or can't do water activities and this seemed unique. Our driver Rinaldo was attentive and tried to make us aware of the culture and history of his island. Harrison's Cave had the tour of the cave itself, but also a small but information exhibit area and a good movie prior to the tour. If you have been to other caves, you may not think this as grand, but it is well done and convenient for someone especially with mobility issues.
I highly recommend this excursion for cruisers looking for something different in the Caribbean. The caves are beautiful and the guides are humorous and knowledgeable. This particular excursion is great for short-day stopovers, or for those who want a little beach time along with their unique speleological adventure. The minibus trip takes you to the highest points of the isle, too. Plenty of fascinating views of the countryside with the deep blue sea in the distance. The service people remarked that cruise and hotel groups got priority at their small facility, and I witnessed a couple who took a taxi to the caves really upset at the long wait they had to endure while our group sailed past them. So it pays to pay a little more for an organized tour, such as with Viator. But keep in mind that the meetup point for cruisers is now within the cruise port, contrary to Viator's instructions. Our driver was thoughtful enough to drive around and look for us in the old meetup spot outside the port facility, but for a short while we were worried we had missed our adventure. But it all worked out. One of the locals remarked, See? They always find you. Good they did, since we really enjoyed the experience.
This is a good tour. Snorkel boat left from the shore, saw sea turtles and a wreck. Spent several hours on the beach. The resort was very nice, with changing rooms.
I would do it again.
The guides were great. Plenty of turtles. My only comment would be the boat ride was very short. Great tour, worth the money for sure.
