What You Can Expect

Natural Wonders of Barbados Tour including Harrison's Cave

Tropical Flower

After being picked up from your Barbados hotel, meet your guide and small group of up to 12 people, then soak up the scenery as you climb into the central highlands.

The first stop of the day is Harrison's Cave, a magnificent underground cavern formed out of crystallized limestone. Ride the purpose-built tramway through the caves, passing cascading waterfalls, emerald-green lagoons, and a dramatic array of stalagmites and stalactites.

Back above ground, choose to visit one of the island’s most impressive botanical gardens – either stroll through lush rainforest at the Hunte's Gardens, or explore the Flower Forest, filled with tropical plants and flowers. You can’t tour Barbados without visiting the beach, so the next stop will be Bathsheba beach, a tranquil sandy beach fringed with palm trees and renowned for its surf.

After re-fuelling with a tasty Caribbean-style lunch (included) at a local restaurant, continue to the final stop of the day – the Barbados Wildlife Reserve. Spend time admiring the exotic wildlife, including parrots, flamingoes, iguanas, and turtles, and don’t miss the adorable Green Monkeys.

Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.

This was a wonderful day and the highlight of our holiday. Our guide was amazing both knowledgeable and fun! Feeding time at the wildlife reserve was my personal favourite. I took my children who are 12 and 2 and both thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Natural Wonders of Barbados Tour was excellent. Our tour guide was excellent and provided lots of information and made the trip fun. Every aspect of the trip was interesting and very nice. We only spent two days in Barbados and this trip was an excellent way to see the island and some of the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Very good. Not the most spectacular cave in the world, if you have seen a lot. The pathways of old broken bricks at the Monkey Sanctuary are very rough in places.
