We loved Barcelona!the card was very good, saved us a lot of time. The negative point was Julia Travel, Agency from where we had to pick our Sagrada Familia tickets. They lied to us about the tickets for the towers as the elevators only go up and there are 500 stairs to go down so we paid for tickets that could not be used
The IVENTURE CARD was a great deal for us. We did La Sagrada Familia, Montserrat morning tour and Barcelona City Tour. We really saved money. You will have to go to offices listed to activate the card. Easy and fast. We are still amazed with La Sagrada Familia, just stunning, and the guided tour was excellent. Definitely we will use it again in other destinations.
Amazing experience in Barcelona with this city pass! I extrematelly recomend this card to visit the most important things and save money in Barcelona! I will take in Madrid too. I picked up in Barcelona in the city center with my voucher very quick and easy.

We enjoyed the Iventure Card Barcelona! The staff at the office of Julia was very helpful and they took the time to explain us well how everything worked and they booked us the most complicated attractions as Sagrada Familia and Monsterrat. Loved it! Would really recommend it to everyone who wants to do the best attractions of this beautiful city!
I liked using the iVenture card. We used it for a few of the most expensive sites to make sure we got the most value for it. I don't recommend using it for the Aerobus ticket, as that counts as an attraction, so just pay the 5 euro for the bus and use the card to see a better attraction! Montserrat was amazing and our tour guide was so great. La Sagrada Familia is very beautiful, as are Park Guell and Gaudi House.
Great value if you select the higher priced tours/attractions. You have to do separate research to see which ones are the best value.
I got unlimited 7 day iVenture pass during the Thanksgiving sale. Used it at the end of February 2017. It offers 30 activities, I tried 17 of them. It does save a lot of money. But I have several issues with it:
1. Palau Requesens: needs reservation 24 hrs in advance. But nobody answers phone. No online reservation option. The hotel helps me to call several times during different days. Never reach anybody.
2. Colon Viewpoint: They had trouble to scan iVenture card and don't know how to handle it. But people there are nice. They called iVenture office to make copy of the card. I spend more than 30 minutes to wait for their calling.
3. Barcelona Bus Turistic: The card is not taken on bus Barcelona City tour does take card on bus. Need to go booth to exchange the ticket. It is confusing because the bus people told me the card doesn't work but they didn't tell me the ticket can be exchanged at booth. A lot of miscommunications. People work in booth were rude and not familiar how to use this card.
4. La Rambla Viewpoint: they told me the card is not accepted at the beginning. Finally they accepted it after I showed them and they discussed about it. No easy to use there.
5. Palacio del Flamenco: I was the only one using iVenture card that day. The waiter told me to sit alone in the side corner small table when everybody sat in middle good seat. A lot of empty seats in good section. Bad feeling by using iVenture card for this activity.
No issues with other 12 activities.
Didn't have time to try the other 13, so not sure if it is smooth to use it.
iVenture card does save a lot of money. But expect issues and need patience. It is much easier to use BCN card which has no issue and very popular.
're the Monserrat trip. Unless you have a pair of binoculars or want to queue for at least 2 hours you will be unable to see the famous and much mentioned Black Madonna as it is set so high above the altar in the church. You can also get there by public transport quite easily. It was a nice trip though and it is well worth booking tours for Sagrada Familia and park Guell as you have very little queuing and the guides are very good and will explain lots of things which you would otherwise miss
Montserrat and Sagrada Famillia were stunning had problems with the card for the city tour as card would not register ,but the staff allowed as to take the trip which was great. The only problem we had was that we could not do the hop on hop off part as our iventure tickets were nor registering.
The i venture card was a good deal for us. I highly recommend booking the La Sagrada Familia, Park Guell and Montserrat trip. The Montserrat trip was an expected surprise and a must see while you are in Barcelona.

You will have to go to the tour office to activate the card. When I wanted to use to Aerobus service when i want to go back to the airport. The bus driver didnt even know what to do with this card. Anyway, the card is good for the trip to Barcelona. I bought T10 ticket so that i couldnt travel with all transportations.I would like to recommend this T10 ticket too!
p.s it will be more comvenience if i can get the card from the airport!
Sagrada Familia - 9 out of 10 - what an amazing building and we were lucky to have a very engaged and expert guide for the afternoon.
Park Guell - 9 out of 10 - very good time was had with a great guide with insight and passion for the subject.
Montserrat - 4 out of 10 - guide was very uninspiring and did not really provide advice support for a good use of time.
iVenture Card - 7 out of 10 - good way to access 'skip the line' but some of the offers were little more than enhanced marketing opportunities.
we loved this pass. the tour of Sagrada Familia was particularly impressive with a fabulous guide. Montserrat and the Flamenco Show was also fantastic. highly recommend this card. could have done with 2 days included on the hop on off bus and the harbour boat cruise wasn't the most thrilling but other than that it was fabulous.

The hassle to find the Julia Travel main place that is issuing the iVenture Card took us a while. It says on the e-mail and on the website that you can pick them up from everywhere that's a big lie. After we eventually managed to find the agency that would issue them everything went ok. If you are not good with orientation it will take you ages to reach that place since not many people know where it is. All the tours are amazing and the guys that showed us around were very informed and happy to answer to any questions you might have. And by the way you can only take the hop on hop off bus once which was a dissapointment as we read different info on their website.
Was really good, but wasn't conveient picking the card up. I stayed in santa susanna and there are only 3 -4 locations in the center of Barcelona where I could pick up the card. These are all local tour operator offices. El prat airport was one and there was another office near sagrada familia. However, if you want to book Camp Neu, you need to also go to Baumes Street to pick up those tickets. That was all a bit long for me. I came from Girona airport. Apart from that, it was good value for money. I got to see sagrada familia, inside and outside and also camp neu. Those alone would have cost more. It was definitely cost effective. However, when I got to my 3rd experience my card decided to stop working. I went to the jamon experience and they had to call the tour operator to confirm.
while this card was mostly helpful, we tried to use it for the hop on/hop off buses. The red buses -Barcelona City Tour - had no issues with the card but another day when we tried to use the card with the other tour hop on/hop off buses barcelona bus turistic, the turquoise bus they had no idea what we were talking about. NONE. We couldn't get on the bus all. They were unhelpful and just wanted to get rid of us.
This was the worst mistake we made on the trip. One of the places we booked - Palau Requesens - was not open for the show on the night we had booked. Furthermore, I had confirmed our reservation at Julia Travel. When I went back the next day our last day in Spain to complain, I was told we could go somewhere else. We decided to go to another attraction and when we got there our cards didn't work and we had to pay to go in. I went back to Julia Travel to complain ad they said there was nothing they could do. Rather book your tours and activities individually - this is just a time and money waster, and Julia Travel are useless at assisting you when things go wrong.
