The Hilton Diogonal in Barcelona and when they took me there I realized that the hotel I was staying in was the Hilton Diagonal Mar which was on the other end of the city. The driver called the tour operator and told him the situation. The tour operator said that was an honest
Mistake and advised the driver to take me to the correct hotel. Couldn't ask for better service than that! Would DEFINITELY use them again.
Professional, timely arrival
They were easy to find, arrived on time, and provided an infant car seat as requested, my only complaint was the car seat was large for our age baby.
Sadly our driver was late more than a half hour. This was very stressful. As we were travelling without a cell phone ther was no way to contact the company quickly. Compounding this was indifference by many at the airport who had no information and were really rude. Once the driver arrived he was great even though we had a big language hurdle as we don't speak much Spanish and he didn't speak much English.

A taxis driver was sent to pick us up at Barcelona airport. The taxis driver had no idea we had prepaid and had a voucher. When he dropped us off the meter read Euro29. He said we owed him 29 Euros. That was cheap because we paid VIATOR 95 Euros. Viator ripped us off. Next time I will just hail a taxis at airport.
