Excellent! Driver supplied by Book Barcelona Taxi was at the port disembark meant point on-time and whisked us to the airport without any problem, other than minor Brcelona Rush-hour traffic. Would use the service again and recommend it to all travelers.
It was a tight fit for 4 people with luggage in the small taxi. The driver was easy to find and was there when we came off the ship. Overall i'd say it was efficient.

I booked a transfer for when our NCL ship docked in Barcelona to the airport not knowing what time we needed to be off the ship. A couple of days before our cruise ended I found out we would basically needed to be out of our stateroom by 8:30 and 9:15 was the last luggage bag tag time. So I wanted to move our pickup time up by 30 minutes. I called Book Taxi Barcelona and after about a 5 minute wait on hold, the person said they needed the order number. On the Viator confirmation, I only had a Booking Reference number, which they did not recognize. They didn't seem to understand that I had booked through Viator and told me if I had booked through a travel agent, I needed to contact the travel agent to change the pick-up time. After a few more minutes of going round and round, they were finally able to find the reservation by the pick-up time and were able to change the reservation.
The pick-up itself was very smooth. The driver showed up about 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and we were off to the airport. We paid 60 Euro for 3 people and the cruise ship charged 25 Euro for each person, so we saved about 15 Euro by booking this private transfer in a taxi. Plus the cruise ship transfer would have been on a coach with a bunch of other cruise passengers. I think just getting a taxi to the airport at the cruise terminal would have been around 30 euro, but there was quite a line for taxis when we got off the ship. There were plenty of taxis available, so the line was moving. For us the convenience of not having to wait in the taxi line was worth the additional cost.
The driver came on time and was very nice, but his car was hardly big enough to hold our five pieces of luggage, even though we called the day before and let them know that we have five pieces of luggage.
We were charged additional money by the transfer company because they said they had waited additional time. They apparently arrived at 6 when the cruise docked and they didn't provide time for the additional time it takes to disembark from the ship.

Well they came to pick us up at 6:00 am and we couldnt get off the ship until 900 thats why I ordered a 930 pick up. Thanks to the director of the ship as he retrieved a cab for us and actually it was half the price of what I had paid for to Viator.
My transfer was scheduled late which I and #39;m not sure how they choose the time. I had to call twice and request to be picked up earlier to avoid waiting over 3 hours and to be able to catch a flight. The taxi line was more convenient at the dock as I still had to wait almost an hour for my taxi to come.
The Transfer Company in Barcelona Happy Travels made us very unhappy. They arrived at 5am, knowing that the cruise ship is just arriving at 5am. Disembarking takes a couple hours. When we finally disembarked at 7am, there was no one around. Upon contacting the company, they told me 1. I was out of luck because the voucher said 5am and 2. They did their part. So we had to find last-minute alternate transportation to the airport the very reason why we wanted to book a transfer in advance so we didn't have to stress over this at the terminal. Happy Travels is supposed to be in the business of providing transportation to cruisers arriving at the Barcelona cruise terminal needing to get to the airport. They know when cruise ships come and go. So why would this company think that leaving the cruise terminal when there are no passengers disembarking fulfills your obligation? We ended up taking a taxi which cost 40 the transfer we purchased through Viator was 95. So this was also a rip-off.
Our ship was unable to dock due to weather conditions. I called the service a little before we were due to be picked up and tried to explain. The woman that answered was the same one I had made arrangements with prior to leaving for Barcelona. She wouldn't reschedule for the next day and hung up on me. Very rude.
