Super easy all day experience getting around the city. When you only have 1 day to explore, this allows you to be transported everywhere and get off the bus when you want additional time in an area. Besides, you can rest between stops just riding around enjoying the scenery.

Great way to see the city plus get to various parts of the city. Learned a lot! Would recommend but do note Sunday’s seem remarkably busier and you may have a little wait at the busier stops.

We only had time to ride the red line. If you want to get a sense of the city, this is fine, but we didn't find anything of interest on this route to encourage getting off. The blue line might have been a better choice. Also, we felt the meeting place to get on the bus could have been clearer. If you've never been there before, it can be difficult to find the stops, streets. etc.

Inconsistent drivers. Some were efficient; stopped at each stop and then moved on when there were no passengers loading or unloading. We caught one bus on the blue route that stayed at each stop a long time even if no passengers loading or unloading; then we all waited while she took a break in a local coffee shop. It should have taken 2 hours to make the whole blue route. It took longer and we missed our prepaid guided tour of Sagrada Familia. Very frustrating.

The driver and assistant on the northern route were fabulous! The driver and assistant on the southern route were unfriendly and ignored people. They were more interested in eating. I know you won’t be able to tell who the southern driver was but drove WAY to fast and was ahead of the descriptions. His assistant was non existent. I am sure this can happen,,,, Northern route driver and assistant were superb

I would have given zero stars if it would have let me. I wasted 200 and something dollars on this bus trip for two days. Half the time the buses were overloaded on the first day didn’t really give you a good description of the sites. I had my tickets in the app when we got on the bus they printed out tickets they never once told us we had to keep those tickets secondary comes rolling around and I pulled up the app to let them scan and they wanted to know where the ticket was I told them, I threw it in my garbage at the apartment. They told me if I didn’t have that piece of paper we could not get on so I had to pay a taxi 50 bucks round-trip to go back to the apartment and get the ticket. I asked them if they could just scan the app again they told me no I would lose my money, and there was nothing they could do , so I went and got the ticket. Luckily it was on top of my garbage got on the bus today. The sound system didn’t work we kept telling the people they didn’t work. Finally they pulled us over. We sat on it for over 30 minutes then they proceeded to tell us we have to get off the bus and wait for another bus All the while the time clock is ticking and we’re losing time on sightseeing. Worst experience and worst $200 I ever spent I should’ve went with the other company.
