The show was absolutely mesmerizing! Itinerary suggestion: Spend the day at Poble Espanyol, then either conclude it with a dinner at a restaurant there followed by the flamenco show at Tablao de Carmen, or both dinner and flamenco show at Tablao de Carmen.
Exceptional Flamenco show with excellent talented performers. Signed up for the Tapas vs. Dinner show. Prior to actual dance performance, we 6 total were provided with a variety of tapas and both a jug of sangria and a bottle of good red wine sorry didn't note vintage. Sufficient food and drink so that after leaving the show, we didn't need to have more food or drink. Doors open exactly as advertised and it was lucky we got there ahead of time, as seating is first come first served. Tables and chairs are strategically placed so that it seems all get good views in spite of some taller folks in the front. Meal takes about an hour prior to show show lasts approx. 1 hour. For us, primary entertainers were 1 female 2 male Flamenco dancers plus two singers two guitarists and 3 additional support vocalists/percussionists. Lively and a great glimpse into another world. Highly recommended. Located in a Spanish village setting. Too bad we didn't research that part of the venue, as there were plenty of shops to visit and see. Would highly recommend getting to the Spanish Village portion a good 2 hours before. Theater is to the back of the Spanish Village and the sign posts are a bit hard to see and navigating to the theater.
We enjoyed dinner and a show. The dinner was much better than we expected. The show was awesome. We enjoyed the Spanish experience.
Excellent Flamenco! Great performers! If you choose the dinner, you'll have better seats. My wife and I didn't and got good viewing seats as well. Will definitely recommend!
This venue is inside the Spanish village and includes the admission to get in there. It is a small, intimate venue with a good view from all seats.
The show is authentic Flamenco, with no hype. The dancers were all good.
We enjoyed the show and the tapas.
The Flamenco Show was outstanding!! It was authentic, a good representation of the culture. The Tappas and wine were great!
I would highly recommend this. The show was great and you get free drinks throughout. Did not try the food but it looked good from what other people got. Would definitely recommend as something to see in Barcelona. Be sure to get there early to get a good seat as there are limited tables.
Did not expect the tapas was so good. 7 different type plus red wine and sangria and desserts. We enjoy so much and the show was wonderful. Highly recommended.
Excellent and generous portions of Tapas and Sangria. This is not a flamenco of castanets and control but one of the many styles of flamenco which is energetic and spontaneous. The musicians and singers are outstanding and provide live music for a finger-snapping, body-slapping, hand-clapping, performance!

We went for the Tapas and show. Appetizers were excellent and plentiful . The show was amazing .
Excellent experience and reasonable value for money, better directions to actual venue needed
Excellent show and tapas were great, do not eat beforehand as food was plentiful. Most of Spamish village was closed so no point going early. Easily accessible with a short walk to the Metro.
Must see when in Barcelona.... Service waiter was not very good but, show was great, dancers and signers are super passionate needless to say the show was AMAZING. Plaza España is very nice. I recommend getting there a little earlier to enjoy and walk around the plaza before heading to dinner and show.
The music and dancing was phenomenal. The food was abundant and ok. But the show was absolutely one of my favorites. And the entry into the Spanish Village was a neat bonus. Well worth it.
This was the highlight of our trip! First, it was air conditioned, thank God. The food was good, but the dancing was spectacular! I have never seen anything like it before. Bravo to the group of dancers and musicians. I would go again!
The Flamenco Show was fabulous. My husband and I plus my friend enjoyed the food and show very much and would recommend the Tablao de Carmen to everyone who visit Barcelona.
We took the Drink and Tapas option and it was wonderful. 7 different succulent tapas , sangria and a beer. The show was excellent, a real treat to watch so close those beautiful energetic dancers and singers and guitar player. El Pueblo Espanol was a pleasant surprise. Many many restaurants, shops and the buildings: each one a replica of a typical building of every region of Spain of old centuries. I highly recommend this tour. An important tip: go there at least a couple of hours previous to the show so you can enjoy the Pueblo.
It was a very pleasant evening. The entertainment and food were both very good. I would recommend show and dinner.
This was an amazing experience! Such a small, intimate setting. We were seated just 2 tables from the stage, so we had a great view! I highly recommend the dinner along with the show. The food was wonderful!
