The buffet dinner is served at 9pm, and the flamenco show begins one hour later. At midnight, ring in the new year with party favors and lucky grapes — the Spanish tradition of eating 12 grapes for good luck in the new year. 

After toasting the arrival of the new year, the DJ plays music before another round of flamenco performance at 1am. After 2:30am, the DJ plays more tunes so that you can dance the night away.
