Our driver was very good. He arrived a little early so he came into our hotel lobby to find us. He got us to the airport in plenty of time to make our flight. Your company's calculations on pick up time for our flight was spot on. We used your company for both our arrival and departure transfers. Both vehicles were clean and in good shape. Both drivers were professional and friendly. The cost was reasonable and the service was great. I would recommend your company to anyone I know who is going to Barcelona.

I Believe It Is Viator Who Is At Fault For Your Mixup! I Was Supposed To Have An "SUV" That Was Large Enough For 6 People And 6 Pieces Of Luggage. You Sent A Very Tiny Car That Was Not Large Enough For Four People To Ride Comfortably And Was Impossible To Fit Our Luggage. I Sent Two Relatives Ahead And I Had To Call A Last Minute Taxi Cab To Get My Husband And I To The Airport. Viator Knows That I Requested A Large Vehicle. When Their First Company, Julia Travel, Refused to Confirm, They Hired A Second Company But Failed to Request the Type of Vehicle I needed. I Relied On Viator & They Let Us Down. We Were Lucky To Get To The Airport In Enough Time For My Disabled Husband To Get A Wheelchair & For Us To Get To Our Flight In Time. Very Bad Service On The Part Of Viator!!! I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE FROM VIATOR ON THIS!!!
Driver arrived earlier than time expected - which was fine with us as we were ready.
The driver was friendly, professional, and helpful with all our bags. His car was exceptionally clean.
He gave us information about parts of the city as we made our way to the airport. Took us to the appropriate departure terminal and helped us with our bags once more.
Teansfer was late on the 21st.
On the 23rd supposed to get a minivan to pick up 4 people and 6 luggage. But sent a small car which did not fit all of us, so we had wait for a second care to pick up the other couple that was with us. Almost missed our flight

We specifically scheduled the pick-up for 7 AM. Waited an hour for our transport. The driver did get us to the airport with time to spare, but waiting in the lobby all that time was inexcusable. After a longer than expected drive due to rush hour traffic, the driver did apologize. Airlines specify being at the airport 3 hours ahead of flight time. We made it 2 hours ahead.
