Why Our Insiders Chose This Tour

What You Can Expect

Early Access to Sagrada Familia with Tower Access

Enjoy early access to the spectacular La Sagrada Familia

Make your way to La Sagrada Familia, one of Barcelona's best-known landmarks, to meet your guide and tour group. Get there just before 9am, when the popular site is open to the general public. Avoid long lines and be one of the first groups allowed inside.

Before entry, marvel at the ornate exterior of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring sharp, soaring spires and incredible architectural detail.

Follow your guide inside for a tour of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí's masterwork. Look up for dizzying views of 230-foot (70-meter) vaults, colorful stained glass windows and soaring ceilings. Walk down the five aisles in the shape of a Latin cross while listening to your guide's commentary about Gaudí's architectural philosophy and inspiration. Learn about the reason for the church's unfinished state; construction begun in 1882 and was only a quarter complete when it halted in 1926.

Opt to upgrade your experience with exclusive, 30-minute access to the Tower on the Passion façade, where you will have a panoramic views of the city from a height of 215 feet (65 meters). Please note that access to the tower requires a climb of roughly 400 steps.

Following your tour, you are free to explore the site further on your own.

This is the main site to visit in Barcelona and really the only option to see Sagrada before it's too crowded is skip the line. Summer time I would highly suggest the early access and skip the line. We had a great tour guide as well.

wonderful tour. So interesting and our guide was very knowledgeable. Going up the tower got us close to the spires and seemed to bring all the components together. Highly recommend this tour

Our tour guide was amazing. He knew so much about the site that we could never have learned on our own. The only down side was that we did not get early access and stood outside in very cold, windy weather for approximately 20 minutes longer than had we been granted the early access. Would I do it again? Absolutely!

The information that was provided made this experience worth 10x what we paid. I felt bad for everyone that was touring the site without a tour guide.

Gets you in, gets you through it. You can't visit Barcelona for the first time without seeing La Sagrada Familia. The tour is highly recommended even for those who don't love Gaudi but are traveling with others who do. We paid for optional tower access but our guide told us it wasn't available that day and we would get a refund. It took awhile but Viator did refund part of our purchase price.
